The more I think about this game, the more I consider it a unwelcome distraction. I know that will rub some up the wrong way, but its how I feel. This amazing run has us on the edge of something special. Once we land in the play offs, I fancy us to win it. We need not fear anyone. Play the fringe. Prepare for Wrexham. Enjoy the occasion. This is the most important international break we have had in 20 years. Lets not let the cup spoil it.

The Spurs fallout is utterly delicious. Its so entertaining watching the podcast meltdowns and listening to the pundits point out all their many mistakes. But what makes its even more enjoyable is, we all know a Spurs fan. Every single one of us. And even the most docile of those people has managed to annoy us during a conversation about football over the years. It's just so funny watching them squirm.

Leave it all out there today. We are at the end of a exhausting run of games where we have had to fight right down to the last minute in each one. But do our jobs today and we have the most welcome international break I think I can ever remember. But we must make it count. Even this morning, I'm still surprised we didn't concede a late goal in that game. Time and time again we have fluffed it in the late stages. But it does feel different now.
