I think that's just under Labours one in one out scheme to be fair.

This result has nothing to do with the stand in gaffer. This is all on the players. The microscope is ready. We are watching. (I expect now Oriol is official, he'll be a tad vocal in the build-up to this match, just in case someone doesn't understand what is expected.)
-
The worry is, we start to get things right up top. A bit of cohesion and confidence returns allowing the forward thinking players to nab a goal or two. Then we throw the result way with a last minute brain fart by the keeper. Just imagine how the players feel. Must be pretty dreadful having this match day feeling.
-
That was ugly. But that winning feeling could well be crucial. We have to start to believe, We have to bury the mental fragility. But we need to cut out the mistakes. There's a lot of work to do. And dropping precious seems like a difficult task. Rough ride ahead.

Game day bitches. And the vibe is different. But. Same old frailties, back to haunt us. 2-2.

The Everton move was a dreadful decision. While here with us, he had a spot light on him, now he has the eye of Mordor as he struggles to adapt. People close to him should had been advising him on his football career, not ftse index profile. Its actually pretty sad,

Already, I am more excited and optimistic for this game. We'll still fanny about with the ball. We'll still miss nice chances. But we're no longer locked in to football depression. That's what I'm telling myself anyway,

This job should be seen as a very good opportunity for someone. But right now, it looks so poisonous, it would be a big career risk. How very sad.

Clean slate. Earn your place. Anyone unhappy with that can fuck off. Time for a new mentality.

A decision that needed to be made. Now, lets not fuck up the next appointment too much please.

This defeat, surely forces their reluctant decision making. He has to go. We need someone brutal in to sort this mess. -

Mentally weak. To get every decision wrong. Wrong pass. Wrong decision to shoot. Not knowing when to run. We are in trouble. When the fixates come thick and fast we are going to drown in shitness. -

Can we fluke some sort of performance? I reckon we'll string together a couple 20 minute dominant passages in the match, perhaps even score while creating some well worked chances. But ultimately we will be undone by the usual mental weakness that we are contaminated with. Add to that some bizarre subs and I think that will leave us too much to do. 1-2 home defeat incoming. Sadly. -

The weird thing about this fixture is, it does not matter who we are facing. It does not matter how they set up. The opposition might well get it catastrophically wrong, and yet, they will still be in with a shout of beating us. That is a truly appalling reality. -
Where do we go from here? Up three places if we win, down one if we lose.

I'm not sure he has lost the dressing room, but they definitely have not bought into his philosophy/tactics.

Good luck Sheffield Weds, who have now started a real battle for survival. Something we may well have to remind ourselves of over the coming months. And that is not to absolve accountability or lessen incompetence. But cast your mind back, this is more frustrating than dangerous right now. There's not a lot of Markus's out there to save your club. -

Why do I have a bunch of trepidation, where excitement once used to reside? -

Perfect game for Rovers. When hard work has a good chance of beating talent, just add some wind and rain. -
Welcome back Ralph, we've been decorating since you left, what do you think of it now? Do you like it?
-
I reckon Jeffrey Archer might have buried one of those chances. So disappointing.
-
No clean sheet, but we will score. 1-1

Tomorrow will be interesting. If we dominate, fail to score and draw against a pretty decent Bristol City, then I might well start to see us having a plan, square pegs in the right holes, but just missing a finisher. Something which is not 100% WS's fault. But if this is a another disjointed abject display (like Hull), where we look like strangers and barely break sweet, then he can start to fuck off. Will Still was not to blame for the 0 against Swansea.

On the way out of League one, we nearly did a whole year unbeaten at home till we played them buggers. That stung far more than Martins 25 game streak. Proper bogey club, and Tuesday won't change that.
