  2. I doubt it as season ticket holders can usually only ever buy a ticket for themselves
  3. Woking https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/who-does-martin-tyler-support-30261386.amp
  4. There were loads spare in 2018. I know the club made it awkward for people to get tickets to stop Chelsea fans getting them in our end but I don't reckon we had anymore than 25000 there that day.
  5. Bus replacement service that weekend as well between Southampton central and a lot of lines.
  6. Port Vale will also be in the same position as us with 2 games over that weekend already planned.
  7. Champions League 1/4 final that week if they get through. So more likely to be Friday than the Monday.
  8. And the French CB returning after a successful loan spell to strengthen the backline.
  9. https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/news/article/downs-joins-hamburger-sv-on-loan Wasn't mentioned when Downs went either
  10. Delgado wasn't more expensive. I think we paid about £3million for him.
  11. Benali at left back?
  12. Almost a 4th if Peterborough hadn't appointed a new manager a couple of weeks ago.
  13. Daniel Farke now 8/1 4th favourite.
  14. Skates I work with have pretty much said he's unsacakable, as they can't expect much more with the budget he has to work on which is one of the smallest in the division.
  15. Always in town. Cream jeans and t-shirt combo every time.
  16. @Crab Lungs favourite Matt Robinson Kevin Bond
  17. No you said it isn't possible. Nothing about not being about to replicate it.
  18. So in answer to the question. There have been no benefits. Unless you're saying there will only ever be a benefit to us if a better club doesn't want a player from Goztepe. Seems good to me.
  19. You need to add Stuart Gray to this list. Bit unfair on Mark Wotte because at least he won 3 games in a row, before the club went in to admin which killed our momentum.
  20. Would be interesting to see a video of all the misses against us as well to balance things out, as I'm sure from memory Wrexham and Sheffield Utd missed big chances against us.
  21. Here are the latest odds, not that they really mean anything at the moment, but a few names on here I've never heard of and a few I'd forgotten about. https://www.sportscasting.com/uk/news/next-southampton-manager-betting-odds/ Ralph Hasenhüttl 3/1 Michael Carrick 5/1 Lee Carsley 8/1 Alex Revell 12/1 David Wagner 12/1 Gary O’Neil 14/1 Gareth Southgate 16/1 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 16/1 Russell Martin 16/1 Steven Gerrard 16/1 Liam Rosenior 20/1 Mark Robins 20/1 Michael Skubala 20/1 Paul Heckingbottom 20/1 Paul Trollope 20/1 Jesse Marsch 22/1 Bruno Lage 25/1 Marco Rose 28/1 Rafa Benitez 33/1 Liam Manning 33/1 Roger Schmidt 33/1 Claude Puel 40/1 Matt Le Tissier 100/1
  22. I am sure when we signed Stig Johansen that Newcastle were also in for him that summer, so only being 14 at the time I thought it was a real coup.
  23. For fairness
  24. O'Neills opens at 8am Sunday. Any earlier?
  25. Jim Magilton scored twice against them in 1996. Crouch for the last minute penalty in the cup? Kasey Kellar for the league game in 2004 at St Marys.
