Ticket releases for August and Portsmouth games?
Paul Chuckle replied to Ekimr's topic in The Saints
You need a previous purchase history to go alongside that, if I've read it correctly. 1. Membership 2. Previous purchase history 3. Purchase another ticket for this season. That's what I think they're saying you need all of to qualify -
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/14645578 Liam Fontaine. Seems we didn't sign him as he had an ankle issue.

QPR at home, he was hugging the touchline on the left, put in some really good crosses and like you I thought he looked class.
-
Written off by our fans before he's even kicked a ball for us. The Southampton way

According to a skate I work with they'll definitely be away the August bank holiday weekend as they don't have a home fixture when Victorious is on. So if that makes a difference to whether we're home or away first game of the season I have no idea?

Peter Reid had just been sacked by Man City as player manager so he wasn't on loan. MLG mode deactivated.
-
Peter Madsen and Kamil Kosowski during the 05/06 season. Used to like both of them, think it was based on the fact they wore white boots more than anything else at the time.
-
Jos Hooiveld was initially on loan and I think we were all happy when we made that deal permanent.
-
Don't mean to go all MLG on you but didn't we sign Sarmiento?
-
Federico 'The Torpedo' Arias
-
Alan Bennett from Reading 07/08 season.

https://m.bestzv1.com/2025-26-Southampton-Home-Fans-Soccer-Jersey-p28204429.html Another site selling the new shirt. I find the Chinese knock off sites usually pretty spot on. They had a lot of the big clubs new shirts months ago. The only thing if anything that can be wrong is sleeve and main sponsors if they change before the shirts is officially released.

Between 99-01 when I worked part time in a shop I used to regularly serve Jim Joyce and Steve Wigley. Wigley was at Forest at the time and I asked him if David Platt was coming to Southampton (after Hoddle left) to which he replied "you don't need him, you already have a good manager at Southampton (Stuart Gray)". Also used to serve Brian O'Neil, not sure if he's still around? Used to see lots of Southampton players in Jumping Jacks. Kevin Gibbons used to walk around in there thinking he was David Beckham. Martin Caceras walking round Market Street in Eastleigh with his mum was a random one. Ryan Bertrand regularly at Cobham Services.

Talking of fails. How did this pitch go down? https://community.sports-interactive.com/forums/topic/110025-shouting-instructions/ Will the shouting instructions feature and design a tactic module from Football Manager Live ever going to find its way to FM? I wondered if advanced speech recognition systems like my iMac has, could be linked with the shouting instruction system from Football Manager Live. So you could literally shout at your team like a real manager on the side of the pitch things like "push up" "get stuck in" 'play wider" "take a break" etc. WIth such advanced instructions as this, I'm amazed you've never got an actual job in football.

So you're classing David Howells who left us to go and play for Hartley Wintney, Havant and Waterloville and Guildford City as not retiring? I'd suggest his professional career ended with us. So you'd also say MLT didn't retire when he left us as he played for Eastleigh and Guernsey? Not only can you not spot a decent young player, you also fail to notice when an old players career ends. Another epic fail from MLG.

This will come back to haunt Sports Republic forever much in the same way that MLG said Jake Sinclair, Jake Thomson, Aarran Racine and Kanye McLaggon are 'Youngsters to watch' will forever haunt him.
-
Add in MLG as head of the academy as well. With his eye for spotting young players such as Kayne McLaggon, Jake Thomson and Jake Sinclair at a young age anyone would be mad not to include him.
-
Anyone remember Jake Sinclair? According to Wikipedia he's made 7 first team appearances at the age of 30. 3 for Hibernian and 4 for Frome Town. He must be a late developer in the game, possibly the next Jamie Vardy or Rickie Lambert, as according to resident "Youngster to watch" expert MLG...... These four and Jake Sinclair (brother of Man City's Scott Sinclair), all have big futures in the game so look after them well and they will be first team players in the Premier League for you. https://community.sports-interactive.com/forums/topic/257539-fm13-southampton-fc-reasons-to-be-cheerful-part-3/

Not only does MLG have an eye for a wonder kid, he's also got his ear to the ground when it comes to stadium names as you'll see below. In my career game I have noticed that Tottenham are about to move into the originally named "Tottenham Stadium", Chelsea into "Zola Park". Both I think unlikely. Not many new stadiums are named after players or clubs. https://community.sports-interactive.com/forums/topic/27711-future-stadium-names-districts/ Can someone remind me what Tottenham new stadium is called again?

At least he was spot on with his 2009/10 scouting report. I recall these 3 scoring and creating lots of goals whilst at Southampton and in their careers away from the club. Attacking Midfielders There is a lot of competition for these places in the Saints team. Kayne McLaggon, Jake Thomson and Joseph Mills all very useful assets. Youngster to watch = Jake Thomson Still banging that Jake Thomson "Youngster to watch" drum. https://community.sports-interactive.com/forums/topic/123038-fm10-official-southampton-thread-10-points-league-one-swiss-billions-fm-fun/
