As long as it's guarateed that we're in a cup competition we're not going to win, I'm not bothered about the rest. ... hang on...what were those options again...? ๐

Yes, I forgot to provide offline alternatives.

A while back I read some articles about people contacting a variety of online mental health sites, with pre determined issues, as established from existing therapy. Then they honestly interacted with the online platforms. The results were... not great. BetterHelp werenโt one of those, but I saw some links to them from searches at the time. Not to understate how serious mental issues feel to the individual, in the wider view there's a severity of conditions. BetterHelp, from then at least, did not operate on any level approaching higher levels of severity. Anything requiring that level of support, really isn't their business model. And the reason I remember them, is that it was crystal clear it was a business model. They monetised the heck out of it. Selling your data to third parties, upfront time bound payments, underpaying therapists (a number of whom were just doing this as a handy side line anyway, resulting in mixed levels of focus on what they needed to be doing for that sideline), lack of credentials/ experience/ varying approaches. They, like lots of other companies, happily inundating platforms with ads, and using paid influencers (and considering the subjects, dealing with issues of trust with their users). I guess they are having another push here. A quick search shows plenty of 1 star reviews. Lots of 5 star ones too, but I'd be looking to check the veracity of some of them (again, like I would for lots of companies). Having such services available, using zoom and skype where local solutions aren't an option for whatever reason, seems like it could be a great help to a lot of people. No doubt, there are some very capable therapists available on the platform too. From the few folk I know to have used it, the information I got was a bit mixed. Getting a good fit with a therapist was a common trend. But I guess that also means it's not hard to switch if you want to. From there it ranged into it not really going anywhere/ not a good fit for some, to it doing what it needed to do at the time. Which I think is pretty good, myself, even if that person didn't take it too much further.

Watford stronger, pacier and more likely in the first two thirds of the game. Our even more changed team than theirs, got the possession Martin would have been looking for, even though we weren't causing them any problems. The goal looked like a set up error. A soft one to be behind with and they didn't take anything from their other opportunities. There were a couple of frustrated looking players, with the way we were playing. THB in particular was not looking happy. All about the Subs. The Big Guns came on, and showed their class. Stu, AA and Fraser's technical ability, compusure and work rate just better than anything else on the park. It almost looked as though they weren;t going to get enough time. Our control was becoming more and more, but it did take some time to turn around the game's momentum of those first two thirds. Credit also for SAA who, not coincidentally, was making Tella-like runs on the right. And Will Smallbone who was an extra player in most of the positions on the park when he was on. Right back, DM, AM and picking up a strikers spot at one point. He got the whole team playing with structure, pushing Watford back. A replay. Our unbeaten run continues. A number of players will have seen their current level, and agianst their replacements, will know what they have to do to get further opportunities. Some who did not go off, will have seen what they have to do to help change a game.

That's it.

Watford trying to fool Lumley by eyeing up a pass, but he didn;t get distracted.
-
Close there.THB header.
-
Lovely drivign run and shot... gets back out to Stu... who with his class... takes a touch and makes sure with a lovely shot... Stu takes out loads of players with that effort!
-
Stu~!!!!
-
Smnallbone does relly well to sneak into that position, only for the pass to be a let down. Seconds later, one of our trade mark cut backs doens;t come off.
-
Dennis on the run... Dennis on the run... THB gets him. Always impressive.
-
Ah. Is he. I've just slapped away any hint of nostalgia from hearing his voice. ๐
-
Smallbone: Nice poisition to first set up Alcaraz, then try to clean up when Charli tries to take everyone on. THB is really peeved at being behind here. Crunching challenge. Lovely to see.
-
Holgate with one that at least got a reaction.

My guy sounds like one of the early SKy commentators. He went off to do the PPV boxing, but I know he did some football commentary at one point too.
-
Smallbone Watch: Gets us moving as a unit. There he is at DM there is in on the left flank, there is at AM. Always moving into space. One the last move, Stephens cound then move into space directly with more options.
-
Ooft. off the post for Watford.
-
I thought my stream was minutes behind. I've been grimacing waiting for Fraser to fall over for the last few mins. ๐ Whew!
-
Another long range effort.
-
Stephens striding out, but nowhere to ass it to. Smallbone is our player who opens up the smaller angles to get it forward. AA is the player, whose work rate drags players all over the place. Mara loses it, but a decent option to take his man on. Just as the kid who got past holgate goes off. We are bringing on some changes - Frasert, Smallbone, Stu and AA on
-
That was a good move form them. They know we've got those fullback gasp and chipped into it, and got a good delivery in with lots of time to get it in there too.
-
Holgate couldn;t hold off his player. A couple of moments there for Watford. But more widely, they are dominating those key areas, and we look to do anything with the ball.
-
Yups. Both taking their fair share of risks by doing it.
-
Comentator said 9 changes for us and 6 for them.

Thanks.
