Really hope the team isn't too gassed after the FA cup efforts. Downes, Charles and Matsuki should alleviate the tiredness if they come in. As Dman said, this will be a very direct game for Wrexham. So can see them putting in a lot balls into the box. Hopefully Saints and Tonda are prepared and revisited the Hull and Millwall away games to see what not to do!

Maybe because the dragon awoke within Dragan? And told the football people to sort it out? Otherwise after the initial bounce the following set of results were not good and Saints were heading down mediocrity again?

Are you referencing Tonda's blip? If so, um because it wasnt working? Other teams had sussed it out? Why continue with it for 7 games in the first place if it stopped working?

??? Odd post. Bragg has done well and is growing as a player I feel. Charles is ahead of Bragg as a player currently and Tonda is tweaking the team on a weekly basis. Was there many people laughing at you saying Charles should start ahead of Bragg? I don't recall people saying that on here.

There could be something in it. Haven't several managers done it in succession? Also odd that Still came in with saying he's pragmatic and plays to get a result. So ends up playing 5 at the back when in pre-season it was a mixture of formations.

Crazy pricing and England have gone down the route of smaller kids sizes. Largest junior they go to is age 13 and the size isn't big. So you're forced to get a small adult size.

Tonda and the players seemed to indicate they'd already switched their attention to this game. Hopefully the players can rouse themselves to go again. Like others said, I'd go with Downes and Charles. Defence will have Moore to deal with, so need to be ready for plenty of balls in. However Saints do look like a team that likes to break so they will need to be cautious too.

Dont think anyone is under the impression that we'd retain half these players if Saints dont go up.

It will be Saints biggest test this season. FA cup hangover and all.

Just seen the THB interview now. Decent insight into what's going on behind the scenes. Sounds really positive.

I was at the game so missed reading up on his pre game comments until now. One thing that stood out was his comments about changing the attitude and resilience of the team. Looks like its coming through now especially with the run. Will also say, after the initial run of games (great run of results), Saints flopped I was frustrated and probably too hasty in thinking here we go again. Definitely proving to be a canny manager!
