I think it's unfair to compare Rodriguez to Lambert as they are not the same. Rodriguez has time to develop (like Lambert needed) but he ain't ever going to be the same old fashioned centre forward that Rickie is scaring defenders at set pieces and when crosses come in. But maybe Rodriguez will be better in different ways.

I really liked Nigel's comment after the game today stating that the players and "all members of staff" will have a christmas party tomorrow. His psychology, understanding and belief is top notch. He is about the only manager with a qualification in psychology which also puts him above others. He clearly keeps his real comments for the players on the training ground.
