  1. Absolutely dire. Whole of midfield gone awol. Cannot see where a goal is going to come from based on this. Making Palace look like Brazil
  2. Ralph looks absolutely clueless and out of ideas
  3. Bet Zaha is looking forward to going up against Lyanco.....๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†
  4. This. He's grossly inconsistent and while he was very good yesterday, we need him to turn up far more often. We can't afford to carry passengers.
  5. Ely MotM? Granted, that was his best game for us but Lyanco all day long
  6. Just danced his way out of trouble again.....
  7. He actually looks like he gives a shit and doesn't like getting embarrassed. I'd take that from most of our underperforming XI atm
  8. It's not just an appearance, unfortunately
  9. He hardly touched him. You'd be embarrassed to go down like that
  10. Good finish but non-existent marking. JWP and Ely invisible so far
  11. 'The Southampton Way'
  12. Nail on head
  13. Did a stadium tour there few years ago, great set up. Had Tadic's car pointed out in the players car park.
  14. He was our best player yesterday. Aggressive, huge workrate and not afraid to have a shot unlike far too many others. Having watches MotD last night, they should've had a penalty for one of his challenges and he got away with an assault in the corner but at least he got stuck into them and gave them a rough afternoon
  15. Perraud was MotM for me. Was aggressive and worked his socks off, very lucky to escape a card for manhandling a WH player but showed a lot of fire and tried to make things happen
  16. Noticeable that at the end, Ralph thanked the ref and disappeared straight down the tunnel. His body language was shot.
  17. He's caused them a lot of problems and put himself about well, couple of good passes, he's done alright
  18. Only thing we get from Ely is persistently giving the ball away
  19. What's Joachim Lรตw up to these days??
  20. Elyounoussi FFS
  21. Marcelo Sarmiento
  22. Similarly, I played rugby to a high level and now referee it. The 10m advance for any dissent is priceless, and players tend to get more pissed off with their own team mates for conceding ground than they do with the referee. That said, touchline abuse is becoming more widespread and it's hard to police as it's very difficult to identify individual culprits. Thankfully, the RFU and County Unions are very supportive of referees and don't hesitate to sanction clubs as a whole if they don't control their spectators.
  23. Maybe if they'd give us something to be positive about rather than the gutless, spineless insipid shit we've had to put up with recently, the atmosphere might change....?
