plus the fact that he seems to have something on Ralph as he kept getting picked even when we had a full squad to choose from. Would much rather see Tella start. Granted, he didn't play well last week (but then who did?), but he's offered far more in the games he's played.

I fear he deserves what he gets. Confidence is shot and may as well not be on the pitch. Opportunities today to make an impression and either made the wrong decisions or lack of skill let him down. Tella is ten times the player Redmond is atm, fast, attacking, offers a threat and tremendous work rate, none of which you can say about Redmond.
