Ey Boyo.. Is tharra Bushwacker in that bush?
-
I’m seeing it as everyone was at it but no-one cared or took any notice. Gibson exploited his inside knowledge that we would show up to ensure a route to the final. We should have been much cleverer but I don’t think we thought we needed to be. Our mistake.

We got caught. There is a possibility that we wouldn’t have been anywhere near the play-offs if it wasn’t for Tonda’s devious antics. Everyone’s at it, we were just daft enough to underestimate Boro’s chief chimp and got exposed. Otherwise no-one would be any wiser and we’d possibly be back in the Prem.

I agree it was stupid. We were on a 20+ unbeaten run.. who’s to say it wasn’t worth the gain over games we haven’t admitted to? I don’t think he’s a wanker at all. I’m happy to have someone at the helm that will do anything within his power to get us the results we need. It’s been nice having a manager with teeth and I don’t want to see him hounded out to be replaced by a another lapdog who rolls over to have his belly tickled by Wankersen and his wanky back 5. I’m Team Tonda! COYS!

What is the uproar about in this article? Is it because the analysts have said they felt pressured and that couldn’t say no? I cant see anything else that 1. we didn’t already know, and 2. that makes him such a wanker. If it is that the oiks were expected to do what the boss tells them, that that is exactly how it should be. They are exonerated because they are minions and the boss takes the fall. He has now we move on with Tonda at the helm. I just don’t see the issue.

Yes. There’s nothing we didn’t already know. He bent the rules and maybe told a fib or two. He’s no Nigel Adkins, is he?

He pushed his luck, yes. I wouldn’t go as far as calling him names. I quite admire his determination. It’s the wet analysts i’d rather see gone.
-
I’m not sure what you gain from that that wasn’t already common knowledge, to then summise “he comes across like a total weapon” and is a “fucking plank”. Something tells me you weren’t really coming around to the idea of him staying at all. .

Along the same theme.. Maybe we could have a big S and a Pie or Saints Hiding In Trees? ..just thinking out loud.

I had a wheelbarrow, the wheel fell off! Come on you pies!

He’s got to be seething but he needs to address the fans over the weekend and let us know where he stands, one way or the other. There’s no hiding from this one. .

Very mixed views on whether he should stay or go. Life has been better as a Saints fan since he has been in charge so if it was possible to keep him, I think I would. How about a Stay or Go poll?

He who lives by the sword, dyson the sword.

Saints are now tarnished with being cheaters. There simply isn’t anything worse in sport and no matter what, it’s a stick that will be used to beat us for years to come. The club needs to re-energise the fan base somehow and fill the stadium next season - there will be plenty of empty seats. Restore this club’s reputation back to being the decent, honest family club that it used to be. Plenty of kids for a quid days and community based family fun days. There is so much more a football club can do for the community and ours owes us and now need to step up. This debacle has cost us much more than a place in the PL and the club needs to win the fan base back and let them know that it’s sorry. Some decent football would help too.
