By “pussies” do you mean “people that are able to think critically”?

How so, oh virtuous one?

Tbf, Starmer finds himself in the uncomfortable position of having to condemn head choppers after recently warmly welcoming one of them into Number 10

What is the technical term for it when your own government imports and actively supports beheaders?

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?
Osvaldorama replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Britain will over the coming months endure the biggest rise in unemployment of any major advanced economy. That was the conclusion of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) last week, when it warned that UK joblessness will soar from 4.8pc last year to 5.5pc by the end of 2026. When Labour took office in July 2024, unemployment was just 4.1pc. But the number of payrolled employees has since fallen in fourteen of the twenty-one subsequent months to April – with around 1.81 million now unemployed. It is unusual, when the population is rising, for the number of payrolled jobs across the economy to fall. But that pattern has been broken under Labour. -
No official news, but he will certainly be going. No point in paying for two first choice keepers.

This is the sad part By ignoring the obvious problems and calling everyone far-right, they have made the situation 100x worse. I’d argue that racism was almost extinct in this country in the early 00s. The impact of immigration barely crossed my mind. But now it’s all going to get more divided than ever because the politicians are too scared to do basic, common sense things. And it’s led to horrific crimes happening every single day

Legend. Meanwhile a man being beheaded in the street in Belfast doesn’t even make it into the BBC News website….

Nothing wrong with our immigration policies though according to some 🤣🤣🤣

He’s done well. Biggest mark against him is signing Downs… he’s genuinely the worst player I’ve ever seen, so I am still very concerned at how they decided he was a good fit. It does seem as though they learned from that mistake with Larin though. Long may the good recruitment continue. It’s what caused us to be relegated in the first place so we have to get it right

Yeah agree , don’t want him back. He left us in the shit. I really thought Romeu coming back would offer something as a sub, look how that turned out. JWP has declined as much as Romeu yet he was never as good in the first place. Need to stop going backwards and start signing players for the future.

Forgot about this 🤣 - fucking brilliant West Ham slap and £85mil price tag on Fernandes.. good luck with that lads

Not sure it will be quite that simple. They will get absolutely picked apart, loads of players there that shouldn’t really have gone down. Must be terrible inside the dressing room and we know how hard that is to bounce back from. It’s gonna be interesting to see what they do.

Meanwhile, the National debt under Keir Starmer's Labour government has grown faster than every nation in the world except Botswana. Good times

“Breaking news: It has been revealed the only reason the Police statement painting Henry Nowak as the aggressor did not go out is because they were warned by both the family and their legal team that this could prejudice the trial” So there was an intended cover up. But the CPS and judges stopped it. Absolutely sickening.

Agree with the Millwall lot… scummy owners that have tarnished the clubs reputation. Baffling and seems corrupt that they get the stadium at taxpayers expense. Whole thing absolutely stinks. You have to think that will be in huge trouble if they don’t go up straight away.

Genuinely not sure Charles would attract a big money move at this point. I do wonder if our asking price would be higher than clubs are willing to pay. Hes great but still very raw. Another season with us is probably what he needs… (especially if we are pushing for promotion instead of poncing about at the bottom of the league for six months like last season). It feels weird to be in a transfer window and wanting to keep the majority of the squad. Last few seasons I’ve wanted to get rid of so many.

Id go further than that. Would be a disgrace if he doesn’t extend, after the amount we’ve spent with him injured.
