V good signing imo. We finally have more than 1 good full back. Excellent news. Credit to the club.

Almost no one is saying bin him off. Just saying he’s been very unimpressive so far and we don’t look like a good team. That’s fair, I think. Hopefully things will change soon.

Thought he was good first half. Fast, strong and lively in a way we haven’t seen before in a saints shirt. Faded a lot second half though.

4/10. We’ve added some creativity, which we were badly missing. I still think we are very weak at GK and striker. Not good to be weak at both business ends. An actual DM is a problem too. We get outmuscled in the centre of the park at the moment. But I want to try and be positive - this window feels like a step in the right direction. Credit to the club for signing some sensible players instead of gambling on young mercenaries. The real problem is, the squad was in such horrific shape, we needed a 10/10 window really.

Problem is, they’re gonna be bang up for it and used to winning. We are… let’s face it… shit and got a lot of new signings to bed in. Not looking forward to it tbh.

Like don’t get me wrong, we could easily improve on them. But there is so much space in front of them and around the sides of them Will Still is setting us up in a suicidal formation imo.

I just do not see what this formation offers. So much space in front of the back 3. So much space in the channels either side if it. What am I missing?

Yeah I have to admit. I was a big fan of his at first, he looked very good on the ball. But really disappointed in his performances and attitude for a long time now. I’d be happy to see us being in a replacement even if that’s a loan
