I very much doubt they will default as a substantial part of the debt does not actually exist. It is not hard to pay back 20% of zero.
-
Only 2 of my 3 arrived today hoping the missing one turns up soon

It's not just the fact the car parking season tickets will close to double in price it is yet again the fact that the club have not bothered to contact their customers to advise they are on sale. If i had not seen this thread I would have not realised they are now on sale.
-
Interesting that Dickson is listed as a midfielder and has not been given a number.
-
Sorry I must have missed my post complaining ,it was merely a statement of fact that the difference in my case between an 8 and 9 year old's season ticket is £150 not £50.

I don't know what ML's view of NC is but i think it is perfectly OK for people to to question some of the recent decisions .Mind you the thing that seems to be upsetting people is not the decisions themselves but the way they have been communicated, so perhaps the club could improve on their customer relations a bit.
-
Thats a £150 not £50. My son is now 9 so last year I paid £350 for the pair of our tickets this year its £543
-
It always amuses me on this forum that people seem to take such entrenched views. Its either NC is the Messiah or he is a complete arsehole where the truth lies somewhere between the two. Those who refuse to recognise any faults are probably the same people who bought The Go Wilde T-shirts ! I think we should be ever grateful to ML and just a little bit cautious of NC.

New training ground/players v cheapo ST in installments
AK replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
I think we have been treated shabbily and i think the price hike is a bit high, however I would be very suprised if we do not at least match last season's STs sales. -

Is that the one that was going to commence in March but still has no start date ? The club has not paid anyone yet so there is no cost there, anyway if things are that tight, as I previously said take a shirt sponsor and keep the ticket costs down. -

What new training ground ? I suggest we take a shirt sponsor and raise the revenue that way rather than increase my season ticket price by 13%. £500,000 a season from a shirt sponsor and season ticket prices would have been frozen. -
Maybe if we just had taken a shirt sponsor we could have avoided the price rises and £3 admin charges. I dont see how it is rewarding the fans if we have to cough up for the shortfall in income by paying extra for our tickets.

Ha and while they are it they can tell us why the matchday programmes were withdrawn why the players end of season dinner was cancelled and why they have behaved like such *****s over the STs. Maybe someone can explain why this year I now have to pay £543 for me and my 9 year old son where as last year it was £350. Also each week I take a different friend of my son's to try and spread the word of Saints to all his Chelsea supporting mates. According to that price structure it will cost me £19 a game on top of my season tickets to buy an extra ticket for an 8/9 year old. That is a ****ing rip off glad to see all our recent owners and chairmen hold our fans in the same high regard.

Shame The Skates have not been treated like this. http://www.southampton.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=199761

The details of next season's corporate sponsorship deals have been released, hopefully news of the season tickets will not be too far behind but without the price hike.

BBC South Today lunchtime news report, that today's meeting has now been scheduled for Thursday !
-
If that is this case why don't they just release a simple statement saying that ?

Although we will be forever in NC's/ML's debt for saving the club I am more than a little concerned about how the club is now being run particularly by NC. All these minor things that are going on may well add up to something 1) Withdrawal of matchday programme , with no explanation very RL ! 2) Banning of The Echo. 3) Banning of Benali from SMS. 4) NC falling out with everyone on the Staplewood redevelopment hence no site start. 5) No info on ST's not even a date when the info will be release. 6) Cancelling of Player's/Sponsors end of season dinner. 7) Senior members of the club believed to be NC briefing against AP to Solent. ML not turning up to the last game of the season. 9) Continual rumours about ML and NC being unhappy with AP .

NC makes Rupert Lowe seem easy going and laid back whilst always willing to take into account other people's opinions !
-
Harding for me has been out Player of The Season after RL, if we can find a right back as good as him we'll be laughing. It would be interesting to know what our stats were like over the few games Harding missed, which I think were around January time.

Cortese is impossible to work with,no-one can work with him .

I must have been watching a different game to you he hardly won a header all match. Him and Ostemobor and weak links in my opinion.

I see thanks.

These minutes really show the administrator is either on the fiddle or stupid, having been there for close to two weeks and having the benefit of the SoA produced by Vantis he still does not know what the debt is !Also in his initial summary of the debt he misses out the £8-10million they owe other clubs. Interestingly The Administrator also says he is not unduly worried about The HMRC challenge to The Administration as if it succeeds The Directors will then put The Club into administration, however I thought The Directors could not do this as The Club is subject to a WUO ? It is also very strange than no cost saving measures have yet been implemented.

The belief here is that he was using Fuglers client account to make payments to Channrai. If you recall HMRC said in court last week that they were aware that millions had gone from PFC to Channrai in February, as they did not have a bank account it can be assumed that Fuglers client account was being used initially as a legitimate clearing account then later for maybe different reasons.
