One thing to remember is that we will probably strengthen again in Jan, just like we did last year. Others with thinner squads and lesser budgets will pick up injuries and fade hopefully. We'll just double down.

Burnley and Wolves both look horrendous

IF we are giving him more mins Id let him play next to KS and put Stephens RB. WTF has Roeslev done wrong (but also whats he done right I guess)

Let's hope Edozie avenges Stacey

Boro looked reasonable but Stoke should have gone 2-1 up and their defending from that corner was a joke. I can't see them maintaining all season with lucky winners late on. Thought the ref let Borges off way too much with pulling, backing in etc in both boxes. Swansea look good also but we battered them and their fixtures to date generally look like they've been against poor or struggling sides?

What's the away pub now? Compleat Angler seems to be changed to home?

Why has he had his pants down? Are those two actually an item?

Looking immense today!

Wrexham look much weaker on paper than last year, and playing more like a league one side. Wet Spam decent but Wrexham shocking

Best GD in the league

Does anyone know much about Princewill? Sounds like the decision is that he is now the 3rd choice striker? Dont think I have ever managed to see him play - but on paper he is 6ft 4 which is encouraging?! Almost 21 as well so isn't a total kid

Also Edozie needs replacing properly if he goes / kicks off too as our bench was always going to weaken us tonight with the exception of JWP.

Painfully obvious Mubama can't be the only alternative to Larin, especially now Archer has gone. Guess that's why we are pushing the Charlton fella but this feels a little late.

Pay up for that Vegard Forren mk2 guy

Let's get the Norwegian in and pit him alongside KS! Wouldn't mind us getting Mehmeti in on loan, but still need a big lad in central midfield I think

That Morgan lad at West Brom looks like he'd be a great asset.......

Hugely impressed. Proactive, strong, a leader. Get someone similar alongside him and we'll be well away

£5m is amazing?!!!!! Edit - seen it's a windup!!

Why would we sell him at a loss? We paid £20m no?

Yeah just generally, not great technically, too small to be a real aerial threat, not particularly quick, not clinical, trying to think who Id like him to. Just a bit of a pest really. Che Adams perhaps, but less physical?

Live in Suffolk so seen a bit of Azon. Id be underwhelmed really for that price. Id take a loan. A pest, handful, presence but pretty crap and wastes chances. Overall a material downgrade on Stewart but able to play 90 twice a week. Easy to forget he's still young tho as looks about 36

Kenny McKenny left Ipswich, interesting, presume that means no £8m release clause for them...what a shame.

cant remember what happened that season but dont we equally have an argument too?

Dan Neil would make sense if Jander/Charles off. Free, only 27 etc

Id like to think Gibbo is still furiously trying to find something on Hull, any possible loophole to justify a shit football team getting a fourth chance at being promoted beyond their capability before their other competent players follow Azaz out of the door. Perhaps he'll stretch to putting up a fence and hiring a manager who isn't better placed for a Kleenex advert too. Pair of cu***
