I guess the DFCSBs cheating antics which have left them potentially holding a £20 odd million baby has forced them to turn on their own members... Its utterly unbelievable. I think I have met the fat skate smurf second from right, absolute delusion from that moron... your typical skate in fact. Seeing as everyone wants to jam this jumbo thread with war nostalgia, heres my attempt...

Excellent work MLG!

Have faith, the word is spreading and spreading fast. The footballing community know the deal, the pfc brand is tainted for a generation.
-
The problem with all that is that will mean pompey are driving a bus straight through the FCR, which the footballing authorities have been protecting for around a decade now, fighting off HMRC in the courts numerous times. If pompey destroy the FCR the whole system is completely f*cked... Hence why the PFA are listed as a major creditor on the CVA committee, they are safeguarding the contracts. pompey are shattering what little integrity remains in the beautiful game... they really should just liquidate and be forgotten about. Mind you I am also warm to appys world class development squad starting the campaign. It will be a shock to the big spending skates. Either way I believe and sincerely hope the deluded cheats have a hard reality check on their way. SHALALA

Brilliant! WTFILN Eight pages to go.

What is the on about? These arent demands, these are contractual obligations due from pompey... its no different from my phone bill, I may be a bit hard up around Xmas time, can I just say Orange have to lower their money demands? No, thats right, I cant. Trevor mate, stop bleating and wind them up, like you should have done in April.

Superb! Not sure how it managed to get itself on facebook, I went to the FL and TSW, nowhere else... nice how my illustration is highlighting the disgrace... whats more disgraceful is all those skate c*nts' comments beneath: If thats thier attitude then they really do deserve to be shut down. What a shocking and sickening bunch they can be, I guess that is what happens when all dignity goes out the window.

I 'CC the FL with all my emails. Dear Trevor and PFC Further to you 'Urgent Plea To 2010 Creditors' To help you proceed with your plans to "lobby The Football League" , please find attached link from the administrator of CVA MK1. Page 79 I believe is the start of the mammoth creditors list! In fact, rather than a desperate and rather suspicious 'plea', simply googling 'pfc cva 2010' will find this document for you... four or five down on page one! This is the original CVA MK1 which subsequently was diluted into CVA MK2, without creditor approval, not a penny was ever paid. http://www.uhy-uk.com/assets/media/d...y%20Final2.pdf http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Urgent-Plea-To-2010-Creditors-3538.aspx What on earth you feel you have to appeal against is beyond me. Unless you wish to pay the £130m + £50m back, which included around £40m of tax payers money (let alone the charities) - then I commend you. Kindest Regards

Well done. No time to compose anything, so I rehased an old favorite (I will put something together on the weekend): Dear Pompey (whatever comany you are this 1/4er) Your urgent request poped up on my RSS feed calling for CVA 2010 creditors to get in touch, so I felt obliged to contact you, although im not sure why really after the way PFC treats its local community, business partners and sponsors. ( http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Urgent-Plea-To-2010-Creditors-3538.aspx ) So, you want me to confirm I am satisfied that the club I used to love ruined my life? How about a little background... I would like to point out that I was a victim in the previous Portsmouth 2010 administration, and as such I no longer run my freelance photography business as a result of the clubs collapse. A few thousand pounds may not mean much in the world of football but to a one man band like myself it is enough to ruin you. I now work in a shop, but at least I managed to keep my mortgage repayments up. Now, as you are aware us creditors were pushed (I wont go as far as blackmailed) into accepting a CVA which payed a dividend of 20% of the original debt. The payment schedule was over a period of five years, however our first installment was pushed back to 2012. This was never going to solve the problems this administration had placed on my business, as a sole trader I knew it would finish me off either way and as such I simply voted with little care for myself. Whilst I found it incredibly disturbing and deeply insulting to see the club continuing to sanction player purchases and associated salaries, I understand football and the nature of the beast of remaining competitive so it was something I had to accept, even though I was unable to continue my freelance work with the club. To see the club go back into administration again this season was simply staggering, and discovering they had racked up more dozens of millions of debt, whilst never getting round to paying mine or any other poor souls from the creditors meetings a penny of our dividend, left me in a state of almost shock. I am currently receiving correspondence from PKF regarding the 2012 administration (despite having to wind my business up), and I am told the original 2010 CVA debt will now be diluted into a 2012 CVA, and as such the 20% dividend will now be 2% of 20%. What a generous offer from Mr Chainrai! As a result my original debt in full will have gone from approximately £3000 to £12, and more importantly without my consent this time round. Not that I really had a say last time round, as Andronikou kept finding more debts to the point he magically produced the 75% he needed to stop HMRC liquidating the club. That is absolutely scandalous and I cant help but think that if I tried to behave like that, I would be in prison by now! As I have mentioned, I had to wind my business (and dreams) up so the debts owed to me are irrelevant what ever percentage they finally decide this time round. So thats my background. Now I will consider your question again, am I in favour of CVA MKI being diluted into CVA MKII without my consent? Let me highlight the financial consideration again: £3000 * 20% * 2% = £12 (with no consent) How about you go and choke. You can shove your CVA and stick your proposals on an expensive trip to Gibraltar. My life is in ruins because of your behaviour, I want to see PFC struck right down to the lowest level of the game, only then will I continue to support the club I formerly loved that destroyed everything I had built up. I sincerely hope you can understand quite how much distress this has cause myself and my family. Regards Paul Gentry PFC fan 1965 - 2010

I was just thinking that! I wonder if Birch will ask his mates at HMRC if they will state how overwhelmingly satisfied they are with it all too! 100% = 20% = 0.04% The best part of this latest underhand scheme by pfc is that the 2010 creditors are still yet to see a penny! Maybe miss money penny can go cap in hand to the prime minister again, although I suspect she has extracted all the PR she needs from the criminal cesspit. Does anyone fancy giving the FL a rest and turn our attention to Birchs deluded and shameful request? info@pompeyfc.co.uk Im gonna utilise a variety of email accounts, if only to bog them down in filtering through my claims to identify me as a non-creditor... and if they reject me I will ask them to double check with the inflator AA.

Stop, I cant take any more! What a beautiful scenario , almost as pretty as Moneyfields when the train whizzes past the goal. Its one of those picture this moments, Chainrai in the driving seat for the next two generations.

He has a fixed and floating charge on all PFC assets. Going by Trevors creditors list Chinny has everything secured against his 'loan', even computer equipment... The floating aspect of the charge means Chinny can sieze all assets the very second PFC default. He could do it now, next minute, or in a weeks time... So going on Trousers collusion theory, they could well be trying to screw Chinny... but they must not under-estimate this man. He is a viscious loan shark and a big time gambler... The FL may think theyve got him but Chinny holds all the cards when it comes to everything pompey own, and that has been verified in court once or twice too. Everything. God Bless Russian-Franco-Chinese business disputes in Israel There is only one way the FL, HMRC, PST et al can shake the good man chainrai, and its clear for all to see:
-
Chinnys CVA has been agreed/accepted, however Balram himself wont proceed unless the quality over quantity move on shalala... also the FL have made it clear he has to shave off more than half his secured debt to get the golden share... I suspect this was to do with the fact pompey could effectively stay in administration until those parachutes come along, and then Chinny could pocket the lot and head off to the BVI... He could take the hair cut on his secured debt, and pay himself a £2m PA non-exec salary for a few years instead I guess. One thing we do know, he is secured, he will get his money back.

You can see Clarkes comments from the Parliamnetary committee stream earlier: http://www.parliamentlive.tv/Main/Player.aspx?meetingId=11262 You also get some funny comments from Mr Lampitt about governance and regulation of clubs to stop the going all quality over quantity! Lampitt says the FCR is wrong (despite registering himself as a FC to the detriment of local creditors)! Later on Lampitt gets mugged off for being the former CEO of disgraced pompey. In fact pompey gets a few mentions... you can see the committee members just want to bang on about pompey but the restrain themselves and talk about 'a club that gets itself in distress'... Clarke was rather scathing about the viability of trust ownership of clubs, saying they had no chance outside of L2/Non-League... and in other news: the trust bid launches! Pledges now have to go from £100 to £1000, it will be interesting to see what happens now, especially after Derry believes they have absolutely no chance. And then there was this in Chinnys local newspaper:

Thanks MLG, really enjoyed that! A marvellous season, the videos bring it all back. Cant wait for the season ahead. -
What a lovely piece of poetry to start the day. Good to see Greg is in no rush. Good to hear Trevor isnt making any effort. Good to read Greg turned down the China deal. Good to read Greg cant go anywhere due to his agent transition. Good to hear the players have discussed the 14-day notice period, but none have taken the offer up. Good to see him threatening to stay put. Still considerably more than most in League One Shalala!

Really kicking myself for not bothering to lump my PST pledge refund money straight on a pompey relegation... I was planning to, but got distracted by the FLs beautiful press release. Us nutjobs could have bought the land from gadymack if we all backed a back to back relegation! You have to admire the pompey response to the FLs demands last week... jetting off to Spain, leaving contracted first teamers at home to instead bring in a load of trialists! Simon Eastwood GK Moustapha Dumbuya - RB/RWB Jon Harley - LB/LW Brian Howard - Mid Simon Gillett - Mid Lloyd Sam - Winger Izale Mcleod - Striker Luke Rogers - Striker (should fit in nicely amoungst the other players with previous, Liam and Kelvin for a start) you couldnt make it up has never been more appropriate. Sickening to boot. DFCSBs. God bless King Kanu

Its f*cking marvellous isnt it! Chinny has to lose all his money now for the club (i am slowly falling in love with the club) to survive... although lets not forget the famous my position is secured... I will get my money back... I suspect he had wind of this before the delightful news went public, maybe the FL even consulted him... hence the swift arrangement for him to buy the surrounding land from Gadymack. Putting Miland into admin means they can fudge it all into Portpins control in the BVI and get any outstanding mortgages cleared? I suspect so... This fairy tale all began around two decades ago when Arcadi took a few hundred thousand landmines to Angola, it went through the courts of Israel, and here we are now... is this the pompey five year plan? A year or two ago on this thread we were discussing this eventuality. Sasha and Balram, sitting in a tree(/car park), slowing killing dirty pompey? Im happy for you Truckasaurus, God Bless your Cheshire cat grin. August 6th for me please
-
Hopefully this will inspire the Football League and their new found strength. pompey currently have these conditions IF they can start the season, IF... Nutjobs, all your hard work is beggining to pay off - a big pat on the back to you all. Im absolutely delighted with the recent developments, I question whether ive slipped into a beautiful dream. Ive been saying this for a long, long time now... never has it sounded so sweet... MONEYFIELDS! God Bless Nutjobs

Just working through the last ten pages... heard the news last night... but reading the official statement below made me smile from ear to ear... all those angry letters from Jon the photographer and % of a % creditor have paid off... well f*cking done football league! That was my immediate thought, although im sure he has compromised a decent deal! Anyone fancy a day trip to moneyfields? Il bring the toaster SHALALA
