  1. it amuses me how the trust keep lying to their members and supporter base... not a great start! I wish I left my pledge in a little longer now! Maybe I should re pledge from a different account!
  2. Just like the good man Chainrai, the players will get their money back, their position is secured. Its just Trevor publically blackmailing the players, borrowing one of the russian mafias revolvers and putting it to TBHs head. No wonder TBH wont budge one bit, if I were him I would be f*cking fuming at the way he has been made the public scapegoat for all the mess that has happened above and around him. He signed when in the premier league, when theres only one Peter Storrie had dozens on at least £50k PW (+ images rights), TBH was a cheap mercanry player back then, its not his fault he is now the top earner because all the rest ditched the skates. Im starting to warm to this Neil Allen chap, I suspect he reads this thread and then writes a baited newspiece full of garbage in an attempt to wind us nutjobs up, along with boasting his hit rates... PMSL, bless Correct, we were top two all season, and you were down at the bottom all season... difference in wage bill? Minimal, you were brought in for a promotion charge on top NPC wages Dave, along with the rest of the squad. Storrie is right, with a £11m P.A wage bill they should have stayed up regardless of the points deduction! Enjoy your crumb, I hope it comforted you whilst you put relegation against your name... So Sheff Wed are intent on capturing Norris and intend to firm their interest... yet pompey have yet to recieve a bid! Brilliant, I think you are making it up as you go along Neil! Perhaps is waiting for liquidation from the club he did over for millions and posed in a digger for before he gives Norris a call! Liquidate those DFCSBs!
  3. This post really makes me chuckle, superb! PMSL! It wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if some skates went out looking to physically harm TBH etc, Chinny may even ask his makes at CSI to help him out. Pretty sure the Antonovs know some seriously dangerous people, who operate with revolvers and their currency is corruption and extortion. Google 'German Gorbuntsov' to see what the russians are getting up to at the moment. Absolutely, they are on the creditors committee FFS! It is pretty shameful of old Trevor to bleat and spout this nonsense, its starting to read like TB has caught the delusion disease that passes around the peoples republic of portsea. the skates really have taken the p*ss out of the game as we know it... there cant be many people or football bodies left that are not being blackmailed, mocked, shat on, ignored or financially raped by PFC... the sooner they are flushed down the sh*tter the better for all concerned.
  4. Of course, Norris may well be bracing himself for a pompey fairwell, but somebody is going to have to pay. He talks passionately about his deferred wages, knowing he is secure. Its amazing how he has the cheek to act as if it all came as a surprise, after arriving last summer. It was patently obvious well over a year ago that the club was insolvent, fudging off the CVA installments, Lampit and Cotteril spending bonkers money on mercanry rubbish... how did pompey ever manage to out bid Ipswich in the first place Dave, did that not occur to you at the time. Your manager Jewel at the time publically spoke of his amazement that the skates were outbidding him for his own player... Nope, just another geezer with a first class seat on the gravy train, shovelling more and more coal into the PFC PR Spin Machine to convince the deluded bestestzzz ™.
  5. Can we please stop all this nonsense please! Or at least have the courtesy to go and start a new thread. This is a serious thread for discussing the simply sickening activity over in the peoples republic of portsmouth. Us nutjobs dont spread our propaganda on other threads, this is our home. Lets get back on track.. ETC SHALALA
  6. Ladies, Gents... 1285 pages in from the day Markus came in to invest real money into our club, now is not the time to start foaming over Lowe! Congratulations to the fratton faithful on the 30k for shamelessly promoting a utility company, shame it couldnt be spent clearing the charities! Absolutely sickening.
  7. Skates are finally discussing liquidation: Old Spice is 'Mick', a PST leader and board member, speaking so beautifully on POL. Some deluded few are saying they cant drop below the Conference as they have too many bestestsss ™, claiming they will be too big a giant for non-league clubs to handle PMSL, 10k plus in the non-leagues you reckon? I reckon they will struggle to muster 10k in League 1. If they think they will be taking five figures to away games they need to think again, seeing as they can only manage a couple of hundred in the PL and NPC! FC United of Manchester had averages of 6k home gates when they reformed, taking large away followings with them. Stop you delusion, admit your shame and get on with it... ive given you a perfect option a long long time ago:
  8. Dont worry, its ok, Peter as always had it covered... The pompey youth ace Alex Oxlade Chamberlain made his third England appearance and his first full international start in the Euros... pompey will be due a nice little windfall from that as he is their former pompey ace... f'sure... its splashed all over the back pages of the snooze, regularly... shalala WTFILN (God Bless Peter theres only one Storrie)
  9. Very, very amusing! http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/portsmouth-born-talent-gets-england-start-1-3937977 Amazing, didnt think the skate delusion could sink to such a desperate low! For what its worth, this was the last time the Portsmouth born talent played in anything but red and white: That is from his illustrious four year sting at St Johns Port Solent, a fully fledged (5 a side) pro for pompey aged 7-11! PMSL Congrats Chambo BTW!
  10. SOCA, the serious organised crime agency could "neither confirm nor deny they are investigating activity at PFC" Theyre definately having a look at the skates, I guess in particular Gadymack and the Al Faraj 'deal'... SSN did a piece on pompey before the russian mafia came to town, and confirmed they had spoken to SOCA and recieved the above confirm nor deny piece. With the russian mafia now heavily involved I can imagine SOCA must almost be getting confused with it all. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/profiles/exclusive-interview-german-gorbuntsov--the-banker-shot-six-times-in-london-7827996.html The Antonovs keep getting their names dragged into this latest attempted murder, they are so clearly involved with all this... oh, and it mentions the large scale Russian railways theft... another nod to RUMafia for calling it right. (back live online again people) Us nutjobs and RUmafia could advise the authorities easily. Shalala
  11. It is my alias, a bitter and disgruntled creditor, a local freelance photographer who was a sole trader owed £3k by pompey for services to the club. I managed to keep my mortgage going and thus did not lose my house, but I have lost my business due to the failure of CVA MKI. My family have suffered terribly as a result, and I now work in a shop for pittence, but at least pompey didnt completely ruin me. My £3000 has been converted twice in fantasy CVAs drawn up by a viscious hong kong loan shark, and I stand to receive £12 before expenses... as WSS points out, I have enough for a ream of f*cking paper. It might be a hypothetical story, but there are many, many creditors who will have been affected in this way. Its an entirely plausible scenario, and one which I believe justifies why pompey should liquidate and start again in the Wessex league ground sharing with Moneyfields FC.
  12. Hi Andrew Having received the PKF administrators report this morning, I am unsurprisingly shocked at the insulting 'offer' put towards creditors. 2p in the pound offer gives myself as a creditor of the first CVA the following: £3000 - CVA MKI = £600 + CVA MKII = £12 Now if you think that is fair, then the shame falls on the football authorities just as much as Portsmouth FC. If you think it is right for a club to take £120m of debt into a CVA (MKI), not pay a penny of it, subsequently bundle it into a CVA MKII and only end up paying just £500k Can you confirm you see this as fair and proper? My £3000 becomes £12... overall debts of £120m become £500k... Just looking at those numbers makes me feel nauseous. If nothing is done to stop this shocking act, which has destroyed my life, my business and significantly damaged the lives of my wife and children, I will begin publicly campaigning against the Football League outside Gloucester Place and will highlight this travesty for all to see. I don't really have anything to lose, as I have pointed out my business has been destroyed, and nobody seems to give a dam. Disgusting. Regards
  13. Absolutely, the cash will be absorbed into the business which will free up cash to be paid directly to Tal Ben Haim... Anywho, its here: http://www.pkf.co.uk/web/pkf.nsf/9B17ED7F7B6C6DBD80257A1700350840/$file/PFC+%282010%29+Ltd+CVA+proposals+8+06+2012+FINAL+%282%29.PDF
  14. F*ck me what a sad bunch of muppets you are! I found the mugging off of the wigs, hats, face paint and so on hilarious but you lot are even funnier with your little catwalks to the football. Nobody could care less, its a bunch of mostly middle aged blokes going to watch some football and drink beer, wearing tacky chavvy labels and dressing for seasons and climates are the work of a woman. Listen to yourselves... whats on your shopping list... sorting out my wardrobe... enjoy catwalking the northam stairs next season, showing off your pretty clobber to the council estate dwellers, and flaunting your wares to middle aged men in pubs who arent at all interested. the middle classes laugh at fools like you, you sad little no marks!
  15. That has been the standard practise all season I think, I read a skate thread where they were all complaining about it, it made me PMSL. Its all very cute, but you have to ask yourselves, why? Why should the players walk away when the former directors are fast tracking their own claims... if its ok for former FA Head of Integrity then why cant it be ok for TBH? If Chainrai can repeatedly wipe out HMRCs and creditors debts and carry on securing his investment, why should TBH walk away? The club knowingly steals money from the tax man and charities, why should TBH do them a favour especially considering the public hounding he is getting everyday through no fault of his own? This level of begging just shows how incredulous the PST bid is... pretty ridiculous to be formalising a bid entirely dependent on company emplyees agreeing to burn millions of pounds they are due. God Bless TBH On another note, where on earth is Chinnys bid? Just had a look online and found this: http://www.icchk.org.hk/main.asp?pn=memberDetail&uu=10 balu@chainrai.com Shall we drop him a line to give him a little pep talk; keep your head up Chinny-boy, youre doing the right thing, almost got your hands on those parachutes etc...
  16. Its so beautifully poised, two outcomes of karma for me: or Exciting, isnt it?

Regards, Andrew Pomfret Customer Services Officer The Football League Limited Email - enquiries@football-league.co.uk http://www.football-league.co.uk Hardly surprising... but still delightfully telling... anyone found odds on a skate relegation? Ive withdrawn my PST pledge monies now (turns out I probably jumped too soon), and would like to invest 50% into pompey league one relegation bet.
  18. Many skates come on here to find out what the latest news is with their club. There is a discussion thread on POL about that scummer thread where they get a bit defensive over our constant mocking, joking and p*ssing ourselves laughing. Our nutjobs have called it right all the way through and will no doubt continue to do so. Ken mentions the lack of discussion from the blue few, hes not looking hard enough as there is plenty of it... unfortunately for them they keep forgetting the impending oblivion and decide to celebrate those that brought them to this position: You really couldnt make it up! But well done gun runner boy! Heres a bit of nostalgia from the early days in our thread... almost time for the sponsor/charity proceeds funded Gibraltar trip! http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/no-one-left-to-tell-the-tale-of-craziest-pre-season-ever-1-3916796
  19. Im off to get a nice bread bin and a fresh loaf... The toaster is primed and on standby... Funnily enough i had to deal with some fat in some pipes the other day, i did laugh. The silence is so loud its overpowering, come on FL, show us your hand... They only have to glance at the snooze to see the situation... Birch is cracking, the players are staying strong and chinny couldnt really care either way as he is playing the long game on his real estate. Im so appy
  20. COYFL! I think we are due another round of laughs here! DFCSBs
  21. Good Day I am writing to you requesting clarification on this twitter message from the BBC: BBC Solent Sport ‏@solentsport #pompey administrators PKF confirm that Football League have assured Pompey will start season in League One - & without points penalty I would like to point out that I was a victim in the previous Portsmouth 2010 administration, and as such I no longer run my freelance photography business as a result of the clubs collapse. A few thousand pounds may not mean much in the world of football but to a one man band like myself it is enough to ruin you. I now work in a shop, but at least I managed to keep my mortgage repayments up. Now, as you are aware us creditors were pushed (I wont go as far as blackmailed) into accepting a CVA which payed a dividend of 20% of the original debt. The payment schedule was over a period of five years, however our first installment was pushed back to 2012. This was never going to solve the problems this administration had placed on my business, as a sole trader I knew it would finish me off either way and as such I simply voted with little care for myself. Whilst I found it incredibly disturbing and deeply insulting to see the club continuing to sanction player purchases and associated salaries, I understand football and the nature of the beast of remaining competitive so it was something I had to accept, even though I was unable to continue my freelance work with the club. To see the club go back into administration again this season was simply staggering, and discovering they had racked up more dozens of millions of debt, whilst never getting round to paying mine or any other poor souls from the creditors meetings a penny of our dividend, left me in a state of almost shock. I am currently receiving correspondence from PKF regarding the 2012 administration (despite having to wind my business up), and I am told the original 2010 CVA debt will now be diluted into a 2012 CVA, and as such the 20% dividend will now be 20% of 20%. As a result my original debt in full will have gone from approximately £3000 to £120, and more importantly without my consent this time round. That is absolutely scandalous and I cant help but think that if I tried to behave like that, I would be in prison by now! As I have mentioned, I had to wind my business (and dreams) up so the debts owed to me are irrelevant what ever percentage they finally decide this time round. My concern is for other local traders that are now suffering as a result of this, I believe the sporting authorities have a duty of care to them should one of their member clubs fail to provide a duty of care. How on earth can the club avoid sporting sanctions for behaving like this? They have failed on a CVA, and are now doing it all again. My debt never got close to being repaid at the 20% I agreed to. Please provide an explanation as to how a football club can take circa £130m of debt, turn it into around £30m via CVA MKI... only to build that debt up to £50m and run it back down to £10m without creditors consent in a CVA MKII, and do all this without further sporting sanctions? Surely it is the same as not achieving a CVA? The CVA MKI never even got started, not one penny paid, before it failed. That is not the agreement we made in 2010, therefore the CVA was invalid. I sincerely hope you can understand quite how much distress this has cause myself and my family. Please clarify your statement as currently its rather sickening to people like myself whose lives have been totally destroyed by this circus on the south coast. Regards
  22. I seriously struggle how they would let this happen, it would set an incredibly dangerous precedent... AA and Chainrai could become powerful football consultants, advising clubs on how to shake off hundreds of millions of pounds of debt with minimal penalty... Man Utd could go into admin knowing they can handle a little ten point deduction... AA drafts up one of his world famous CVAs full of caveats, and 18 months later repeat the process: another little ten pointer (half way through the season, easy top 4 again)... AA comes back in and melts CVA1 into CVA2, taking a billion pounds of debt and turning it into just a few dozen million! They cant dish out severe punishments to clubs that fail to achieve a CVA, when clubs that achieve one a later on fail the f*cker dont get punishment at all... its exactly the same thing just doing it the pompey way is deceitful and dishonest. If the FL go soft on this issue I will mount a full campaign against them and the cheats... I want them severly punished for this, if only for the cheated charities and small creditors.
  23. Former FA Head of Integrity and serial charity defrauder decides to claim what he is legally entitled to, regardless of the damage it will do to the club who previously emplyed him on a salary around £600k P.A His time working with Chainrai has really paid off! Another former drain on pompey has shot right up in my estimation today! In fairness, he is probably thinking "why should I get shafted into some rubbish CVA which I know is a scam, I know will never be honoured... from a club that will cease to exist in the near future... f*ck pompey, they will hate me whether I claim my money or not just like Tal Ben Haim and hes getting his 100%, so f*ck em'"
  24. They best not use my pledge money to pay for Begbies Traynor, im having that back on Thursday! Mind you, they will most likely renege on my debt, fob me off with some kind of CVA MKI and then liquidate that into a CVA MKII! Chainrai will promise to pay my debt off, but he never will! Maybe they will sell one of their PORTSMOUTH ACE ENGLAND PLAYERS to a PL club for £12m cash +add ons to pay for Begbies? ... Oh... ...mind you they did just get £400k for the only youth talent they have managed to blood into the first team... PMSL The skates are getting upset on POL RE:PTS thread... they mention karma will catch us up for this mega thread... forgetting that this thread is our karma! WTFILN
