  1. Sure this is being covered elsewhere now!
  2. At the point we were deducted we hadn't had any of our debts written off.... To be fair AA is correct, they haven't received any benefit from CSI going through an insolvency process, apart from the £10.8m loan that their administrator has not decided to call in that is.
  3. Looks like they didn't pick up that Guided Missile was posing under cover as 'Guided' LOL http://www.pompeyonline.com/forums/index.php?threads/reply-from-penny-re-tax-bill.59741/
  4. This would then be covered under section Rules Section V of the Prem Handbook, from what I can read if the manager was a Premiership employee he could hold an interest in a Non-League Club, just not an FL one. http://www.premierleague.com/content/dam/premierleague/site-content/News/publications/handbooks/premier-league-handbook-2011-12.pdf
  5. Right, who facies writing to The Footbal League to inform them of a clear breach of rule 86 of their regulations with the evidence provided under oath in a recent tax evasion trial? http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20110629/section-9-association-dual-interests_2293633_2125750#84
  6. The rumour about the tax bill being paid seems to be without basis. And as for MP Penny, she was never a Skate fan when I knew her
  7. Cormack So who did Kevin McCormack get the info from? http://www.portsmouthfcprints.co.uk/portsmouth_fc/print/5574243.html
  8. The Kitman is generally responsible for the laundry in most clubs, it is usually the owners that do this role at Pompey.
  9. Interesting if true, the club gets loaded with more debt, the explosion becomes bigger and we get to page 2000.
  10. I can't work out whether POL is kept going by complete idiots or mindless believers - either way they have no appreciation of the hole they are in!
  11. It was clearly a difficult situation for both parties. To be fair to Puncheon he looks to have backed down, and we have given him a graceful way to do so. His words are right, if he can back them with actions then we should welcome him back.
  12. Seems the Puncehon story has moved on! http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?35383-Puncheon-back-in-1st-team
  13. Yep, read the link I posted this evening, they are in deep doodoo
  14. This thread is of course Saints related. Imagine if we won the league by them going pop!
  15. Great news, how did he get past the TSW pack at Heathrow and the spotter cars on the M3?
  16. http://www.premierleague.com/content/dam/premierleague/site-content/News/publications/handbooks/premier-league-handbook-2011-12.pdf Document Page 93 / Electronic page 107 for the EPL Parachute regulations.
  17. Anything they do following the issue of the petition can be reversed / recovered from the Directors. http://coopermatthews.com/winding-up-petition.html Liked this bit: If company directors are found guilty of continuing to allow a business to trade while insolvent, they may become personally liable for the debts incurred by the company from the time they knew the business was insolvent. That means Lumpitt and the other company directors are on the hook.
  18. For the avoidance of doubt it is not acceptable to post about other forum members in this way. If you disagree, please smash them the weight of your argument. If you get wound-up, put them on ignore. If you can't manage either then expect to be infracted / banned.
  19. 2 1/2 years on and this thread gets better and better.
  20. Expereinced CB's are easier to get on loan than strikers. I offer Luketti and Perry as evidence.
  21. Personally I think we should loan an experienced Centre Back for a month as cover. We will liekly have Fonte and Jaidi in contention soon and from watching Sky tonight Jos' injury was a tweak not a pull. Martin was CB#5 in the pecking order behind Fonte, Hooiveld, Jaidi (Who was injured tbf) and Seaborne and not appears to be the only fit one.
  22. We didn't get three points tonight, hardly worthy of booking an appointment at Dignitas.
  23. Calling him out?
  24. Reasons to be cheerful: We will have Lambert back next month Fonte and Chappers to come back in soonish Leicester will take points off our challengers We are 2nd We can make the gap 4 points again by beating Cardiff We have Lee to come in Jos' injury is a blow, hope it is tweak not a pull.
