  1. I think that AA has now dropped all pretence that he is not the club is not in Administration. One thing we need to consider. About 50 pages ago there was a link posted to the London Gazette for the liquidation of CSI - where does their ownership rest after that?
  2. 4-2-4 formation under Nicholl. Case and Cockerill sat behind a forward line of Le Tissier Wallace, Shearer and Rideout. In answer to your question, no we won't return to this! Sent from my HTC using Tapatalk
  3. In the eyes of the law that was a different company.
  4. Henry Winter was scathing about how he has wasted his talent as I recall.
  5. Henderson or McCormack more likely TBH http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/top_scorers/default.stm
  6. Billy Sharp quotes from Talksport - Long Day - Call this morning, talked to them, drove down, did medical - Transfer going on since Summer - Happy he has made right decision - This is stage in my career to join Southampton - Leicester had fee accepted, heart said Southampton - Became a better player under Adkins, Saints a massive club - Not available tomorrow as deal signed after noon - Prepared for Saturday - Looking forward to playing with Lambert [assumed he has not heard that RL is off to WHU] - Fresh start, get football right and others will get property sorted for him
  7. ***Prepares for Messenger to be shot***
  8. Regardless of the result on Tuesday I think this is a defining week in terms of showing not only our intent, but our ability to attract talent to the Saints project. Sharp could have moved closer to home and for more money, under a good manager yet chose to join us. Four points from next two games and I think the boat is back on the water.
  9. Please stop these dull posts. They are right up there with 'has Skacel signed?'
  10. Cold? I reckon it will be -10 by the weekend dropping to -30 soon afterwards.
  11. Breaking News, Pompey funds unfrozen
  12. 13. It seems he has passed the medical. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?35495-Sharp-Signs-on-O-s
  14. Appleton had to break the shock news! Really? Their training setup is a portacabin, their ground is secured to a HK loan shark, the land around it is owned by the son of an arms dealer, two of their owners and 1 manager from their last 5 years are in live court proceedings and they are facing a winding up petition. This news really surprises me for one. Sent from my HTC using Tapatalk
  15. I can see that for Champions League, would imagine whoever (if) we loan him to would have been out of the cup many moons ago.
  16. Sure this is being covered elsewhere now!
  17. At the point we were deducted we hadn't had any of our debts written off.... To be fair AA is correct, they haven't received any benefit from CSI going through an insolvency process, apart from the £10.8m loan that their administrator has not decided to call in that is.
  18. Looks like they didn't pick up that Guided Missile was posing under cover as 'Guided' LOL http://www.pompeyonline.com/forums/index.php?threads/reply-from-penny-re-tax-bill.59741/
  19. This would then be covered under section Rules Section V of the Prem Handbook, from what I can read if the manager was a Premiership employee he could hold an interest in a Non-League Club, just not an FL one. http://www.premierleague.com/content/dam/premierleague/site-content/News/publications/handbooks/premier-league-handbook-2011-12.pdf
  20. Right, who facies writing to The Footbal League to inform them of a clear breach of rule 86 of their regulations with the evidence provided under oath in a recent tax evasion trial? http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20110629/section-9-association-dual-interests_2293633_2125750#84
  21. The rumour about the tax bill being paid seems to be without basis. And as for MP Penny, she was never a Skate fan when I knew her
  22. Cormack So who did Kevin McCormack get the info from? http://www.portsmouthfcprints.co.uk/portsmouth_fc/print/5574243.html
  23. The Kitman is generally responsible for the laundry in most clubs, it is usually the owners that do this role at Pompey.
  24. Interesting if true, the club gets loaded with more debt, the explosion becomes bigger and we get to page 2000.
