He is secured creditor as is Gayda on the land, they get first charge on any assets in liquidation. The parachutes are dwindling and will have to first go to football creditors. Assuming the remainder is put against the burn rate it might now be a better option for him to liquidate before he has to pay another round of taxes and wages.
