  1. Now the speculation is over we can move to 'reaction' thread. I'll try and move the reactions on this one over these. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?31337-Home-Kit-Revealed!
  2. If anyone happened to watch the Sky Atlantic re-run of The Sopranos on Wednesday you would have seen Tony take over the shop, get the owner to max out all credit lines and then go bankcrupt. The scam is called a Bust-out. I wouldn't dare suggest a parallel here, the New Jersey mafia at least have some some standards with the outfits they use.
  3. Not lost on me, Stanley has never been banned on THIS FORUM. I understand the frustrations on here and I'll speak with the other Mods and admin in respect of reviewing the recent actions.
  4. That and their IP addresses matching across a number of logins..... Dune was making the point that their hadn't been equal treatment, he had a valid point.
  5. Fair point
  6. Solar eclipse springs to mind
  7. see above
  8. In case it wasn't clear, hacking into someone elses account or having multiple user-names incurs an infraction. Yes I am sure it goes on elsewhere but to circumvent a ban and brag about - uber fail.

    Tyres

I knew a guy who worked for Michelin for 30 years. In all the tests they did having more grip at the rear (eg newest tyres at back) gave the best handling and lap times - irrespective of fwd, rwd or 4x4. That said for normal motoring, school run, trip to Tesco etc grip on the driving wheels is better.
  10. would he be happy with only 45 minutes every week though?
  11. Who would we see Crainie as a replacement for? We look 'ok' across the back and don't see Crainie bettering it.
  12. Agree. In light on general opinion and the poll, crack on.
  13. Genuinely the size of the thread is not a technical issue. I think the Pompey Takeover thread proves that. The feeling was that these massive threads can wander off topic, restarting has the effect of re-focussing. Honestly I am not arsed either way, I'll only ever remove threads if there is a clear duplication. As for the trolling and idiocy, if you spot it - report it.
  14. I couldn't imagine you being more powerful than a AA battery if that helps?
  15. There is a third way. Keep a rumours and a HCDAJU thread but non-stickied, that way it will rise to top on merit. If a particular player gathers any credence I am sure that a thread will be opened. Given that it is the silly season there are not too many active threads anyway. Suggest we batch it so as not to create such a huge thread.
  16. Ridiculous decision to overturn it
  17. The reason the other thread was closed because it was impossible to discuss individual rumours amongst everything else. As others have said, there is no point replacing one catch-all thread with another. Hypo, if you want to start a thread on Keogh, please do.
  18. Sold it 3 years ago.
  19. Apologies, thought I had put this thread out of it's misery earlier. To correct a point above, I understand Registered Users can start threads.
  20. I see that the rumours thread is dead, therefore this one has served it's purpose.
  21. If memory serves me right Connolly was the fittest in last years equivalent.
  22. On that pleasant note we'll end this thread. Anything credible on Monk please start a new thread given 50% off this one is bickering.
  23. Commercial Director at a FTSE250 Business Services Company
  24. Love it, would just love it.
  25. Think Mr Schneiderlin would steal his crown as best passer in the club. Genuinely excited that we are likely going into the next three seasons with the sort of centre-forward we'd hate to face ourselves each week.
