If we lose one of Morgan or Cork we are vulnerable. We would be foolish not to want a player of his ability and capability to supplement and bolster our midfield options.

This thread just shows that it would be a bad idea. I would almost expect half the crowd to start cheering if there was a minute's silence for her. A very Marmite character.

1) Yep 2) No, that was in the Amanda Bynes film, 'She's the Man' 3) Nope.... Footballers Wives if i'm not mistaken.

It is quite remarkable. Starting to believe anything is possible.

After seeing it mentioned on a Football 365 article on football fiction on tele, I found the DVD's on Amazon for both series and have been watching them over the last couple of nights. The premise is that a Woman becomes football manager at a never named second division side. She then tries to get to grips with the game. Cherie Lunghi carries the show as the lead and it provides a really quite excellent snapshot of the state of the game back at the turn of the 90's. It's not exactly high art but is certainly interesting.

Personally I hope you are right. Michael Foot's incompetence essentially made Labour unelectable for the next 14 years. Based on their economic policies I would never credit Labour as being pragmatic so that level of idiocy with Ed Milliband's leadership would be excellent.

To echo prior comments, would rather have Sharp. Remember watching him at Hereford and wondering what all the fuss was about. Le Fondre has a wonderful habit of being in the right place at the right time though. It's a shame he forgot he was a professional footballer at the worst possible time on saturday.

A formidable woman and superb leader. We are poorer without her.

Ignoring the fact that this is utter tripe..... what utter hypocrisy!!!

This season I mean. It looks as though the campaign could be mellowing out to Saints finishing in mid-table obscurity. Anyone feeling a little underwhelmed by this? No last day survival nerves, checking results from elsewhere while praying for a late-late winner from somewhere, anywhere? Personally I couldn't be happier, 6 games are coming up and they are there to just be enjoyed, but is anyone missing the prospect of a nail-biting run in?

That game was beautiful. R*dk*pp looked utterly broken in the post match interview. Marvelous.

Oooooooooooooo. We shall see.

Amazing to think he made a cameo at Villa Park in January.... and looked utterly lost. Yet we won.

Paid mascot, what a profession!!!

Oh, you know it.

Holy ****. Even you are moving on! [video=youtube;SLY7yI1xV-M]

It does. The overlapping of the 'One Nigel Adkins,' and 'One Pochettino' chants was significant. As was the 'He's too good for you, Nigel Adkins, he's too good for you.....' chanting. We respect him, he was an important figure in our history. Now we move on.

I fear for Stoke now. Truly. At least Sunderland will have a firework sent up them.

The words of my Bolton supporting friend: "What the f**k did you sign him for?"

So. A rip-roaring NIL -NIL draw on their 115th anniversary against the almighty Stevenage. What a day for the club, what a day for such an incredible entity, that entertains so many, and gives hope to so few. Skates, I salute you.

Superb article. We are no longer flying under the radar.

Nonsense. He's 'Not a nice person,' don't you know. I will always be grateful to him in introducing Markus Liebherr to our club, and for taking the project on for him.
-
Ten years since we won 3 in a row in the top flight, wow.

£2 each way on Seabass. Can't believe I didn't see "Saint Are." Come on Katie Walsh!!!

He needs time in possession to be at his best. Could the premier league be too fast paced for him?
