I worry about the health effects of it, but it certainly does work and quite quickly (something to do with water retention...) A colleague of mine had a go at it, lost 2 stone but complained of feeling constantly tired. He was actually signed off work ill for a while with heart issues shortly after.

Actually felt saddened watching that.

The fact is Nigel Adkins didn't lose the last two games. Therefore his sacking will always be unjust. Any concerns I may have had in the past I eventually repressed due to Nigel being the man who dealt with the players day to day, he would always be in a more informed position to pick the team/tactics then a random fan on the outside looking in, regardless of how bizare they may have seemed.
