Now there is a good debate. Hamster or Davis. For me, Davis just doesn't fit our way of playing, he doesn't have the ability on the ball..... but neither did Hammond. Yet Hammond had more familiarity with the team and did seem more dynamic. Davis has greater experience though and obviously isn't a mug in a team that is set up to suit him.

It's just amazing that he is so incapable of realising what he is doing! No evidence of self awareness, humility or grounding. He would be a great person to negotiate with.
