Good to see this link. Hoping the next five days are extremely interesting.

My childhood was spent wasting many an hour playing on a Mega Drive, Game Boy or Playstation. When I was really young (7 or so) the game boy was my system of choice, so many hours were spnt on Tetris and F1 Race. The Mega Drive soon came and Sonic the Hedgehog, Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco Grand Prix, EA Hockey were my favourites. When the 32X add on came out I went for it and enjoyed Virtua Fighter and Virtua Racing immensely. Hour after hour perfecting combos and counter attacks on Virtua Fighter stick in the mind. The Playstation brought the Psygnosis (RIP) F1 games, my 13/14 year old mind being utterly blown by Murray Walker commentating on my F1 exploits and the 3D rendered 1995 seasons' cars. Gran Turismo ate up far too much time alongside Tekken 2 and Final Fantasy 7, my god FF7 took a year and a half for me to complete and the whole story/world of that game still captures my imagination to this day. As I left school/sixth form and went to university my interest waned in console gaming. My first laptop PC did however bring Championship Manager to my attention and there came the single biggest threat to my degree. I still play the Football Manager series to this day and utterly adore it. A purchase of an Xbox 360 after graduating got me back into console gaming. Guitar Hero was the reason I bought the console and still indulge a little now and then, the Mass Effect trilogy has now become my favourite game series with it's wonderful scripting and fully fleshed out fictional universe. Indeed, I am currently enjoying another full play through of the trilogy trying different choices in the story.

Indeed, an excellent handset. An ex of mine had one and it was quite ahead of it's time.Apple are superb at taking a concept and refining it. (The MP3 player, the tablet computer, indeed; the mobile phone) But they never truly innovate, simply polish. Then they unleash their marketting bods and charge a premium for their creations. All credit to them for a wonderful business strategy. As devices though, they are not the be all and end all. There are excellent alternatives that will not leave you out of pocket to the same degree, The Galaxy S3 is one such device.

Yes, rich food can do that to the best of us.
-
Turkish has obviously been sipping a few cocktails with his immaculately dressed aquaintances at the Gasto pub tonight. Left something of an impression on him.
-
But there is such extra scope with serial killers!
-
They have those same dead eyes.
-
Yes, quite a few things.
-
He really does look nervous in the company of a woman who could kick his arse for a change. Ah, wait, that was Marlon King, they all blur into one these thug footballers.
-
Either nothing or f**k all. Can't choose between.
-
If this is bullsh*t i'll..... i'll....... Oh who cares, i'll drink the beer anyway.
-
Italian. Perfect for when Serie A come calling.
-
He is able to express himself very well. The melodramatic cr*p he has been spouting recently certainly proves the point.
-
I didn't put my point across particularly well, you're right.
-
Just trying to bring perspective to this type of philosophy, it would be a dramatic change to how we have operated recently. For just one season, if it made a difference and kept us up? Yes, great. The precident is however extremely dangerous, we do not want to gain a reputation as a retirement home for stars past their peak.
-
They may have been the most successful sides our club has ever been but these are players who despite being excellent for us were past their peak. Equally some utter cloggers have been brought into the club in order to provide experience, Speedie, Dixon, Ripley etc. I would rather leave this type of transfer policy to the likes of QPR. Again though, I can understand why it would be exciting, it would certainly be interesting to see if he can cut it in the premier league, even if it is at the age of 37.

I was 6 years old in 1990 and moved to Hampshire in 1994. So no.
-
It's just how I would do things personally. Would totally understand the excitement if he did sign but I would consider it to be not an entirely positive step. Besides, it's all conjecture. He'll be off to Dubai/China for a final pay day.
-
No. Not mad. He is a player of incredible pedigree but one near the end of his career and not a long term option. He'll eat wages and prevent younger players from playing regularly/coming through. The very epitome of what we do not want to do.
-
A 37 year old second striker. No thankyou, would rather we signed Beckham.... and I don't want us to sign Beckham! http://www.insideworldsoccer.com/2012/02/girl-wakes-up-from-coma-after-listening.html He has a habit of performing miracles though, younever know when that might come in handy.

I don't think he is asking a question or seeking a solution, merely making a statement. Maybe it's the first sentance in a novel, or the beginnings of a thematic discussings regarding the meaning of time, existence and humanity, all symbolised and tailored around the motif of a toilet roll shortage. Or he is dying for a crap and genuinely struggling for an alternative.

Just because your favourite's losing. Bless you fanboys. Please define a Smartphone for me too. I'm interested in hearing your response. I dearly hope Essruu has become a fanboy parody intentionally.

#awaits Essruu's cutting response.#
