I had the missfortune of having a yorkshire girl as a live in girlfriend for about a year or so. Maybe so, but what would be better, using the relative strengths of all to create a homogenous society or using allowing the strengths of society to flourish allowing better potential benefit for all? I liken it to this; It's the Daleks or the Cybermen. What would you rather? Both are flawed but at least one allows for excellence to flourish and that is the only way humanity will grow. Socialism is nobel, but will never work as humanity itself is fundamentally flawed there will always be someone in it just for themselves. Play to it's desire to grow and succeed rather then it's inability to always do the right thing.
