  1. I'll echo Risk. Used to have some epic games with my old housemates. Lager + Risk + Competitive Housemates = Outstanding.

    Excited!!!

Just for you mate, i'll try. I've become so cynical since I reached my mid twenties.
  4. Would like to see the team line up like this: GK: Kelvin DR: Murty DL: Harding DC: Perry DC: Thomas MR: Thompson ML: Mills MC: Wotton MC: Schneiderlin S: Lallana S: John Still weak in the centre of the park, but as good a team as any right now. I do like the look of the back 4...

    Excited!!!

Was quite excited back in 03/04 and 06/07. This however is different, very different. I'm just waiting for something to go wrong!
  6. Aiming high!
  7. Considering how bad their finances are a bid may well be accepted regardless of what the fans think.
  8. Haha, I'll have what you're having.
  9. I always look here for Saints news, never bother with the OS, got sick of it's rhetoric a long time ago.
  10. Welcome aboard Danny boy! It's so refreshing to see us strengthen the team after so long in limbo.
  11. That we are being linked to players of any reputation at all is extremely refreshing, long may it continue. It's great supporting a football club after being an eccentric's plaything for so long.
  12. Steve Regrave's olympic haul for me, it will surely never be beaten.
  13. Fine by me. Looked like he never really wanted to be here anyway. Shame though.
  14. Oddly that is the area I believed it would work strongest..... Oh well, live and learn. Sounds a very promising start though from Pards. Hope the lads get the hang of it post haste.
  15. Leibherr OUT!
  16. Good and bad has happened in the past, for pities sake can't we just accept the clean slate and move on? It's surely Marcus Leibherr's choice on who joins him, at his cost, in the executive area, and who has anything to do with the club now...... How does it really hurt anyone, now of all times!?
  17. From the sounds of it Murty could be an ideal choice. An experienced hand who can support the manager. Jason Dodd mark 2 basically.
  18. Saints 0-5 Ajax And the purse strings open......
  19. The cups are not a priority for me. Even the League Vase has no appeal, even though a trip to Wembley is not unrealistic. It's all about the league, get ourselves established and then push on.
  20. Just missing the play-offs by a heartbeat.
  21. So far, professional, effective and effecient. Long may it continue.

    Charlton Fans

Well, as I come from a family which has supported Charlton for at least 3 generations on my fathers side, only one person should be sticking his opinions where the sun doesn't shine. Feel free to wave to him next time you look in a mirror.

Me, comment about Kent football and mention Margate? Never.

My Dad, and myself would dissagree with this. Prat.
  25. Just shows how our standards and expectations had slipped after Rupert Lowe's crazy schemes. Any team in the league would be happy to have Pardew as manager (well, apart from Charlton, but they seem to be self destructing worse then we are...) we are a big club at this level, lets aim high
