  1. Bingo! :smt037
  2. The casuals will appear if we get success. Its not something we need to worry about right now, or in the near future. But its a nice thought nonetheless.
  3. That's the three relegation places covered then!
  4. Now wouldn't be a good time to say their attendance yesterday was better then our last two....
  5. Just got back from the Ricoh (yes, that is how close I live to it) It was Boys against Men.
  6. Good man, good video.
  7. So nice to have an away game I don't need to travel to!!! My prediction is that i'll be half cut before kick off for a change, and for the score.... I don't want to jinx it, couldn't live it down if we lost, the lads I coach would rip the **** out of me.
  8. Your logic is flawed. Relegation is offset by promotion.
  9. Not if you hide it behind a carefully placed ornament of some kind, say.... a pint.
  10. By the law and letter I should have had a few years.
  11. I always lie.
  12. Too long ago to remember.
  13. Do you have a camera you can put up in the bar area at night? May not be a direct deterent but it would help put the f*ckers away.
  14. -------------Davies------------ James--Lancashire-Perry---Mills ------Cork-------Wotton------- -White-------Lallana------Smith ------------Robertson
  15. It's a bit of a trip, but what the hell, i'll be there. 2 mates are making the trip up to my place too beforehand, then it is a short taxi ride over from my house to the Ricoh.
  16. If we can re-invogorate Lee Holmes then why not Ryan Smith? Best of luck to the lad.
  17. Taking the Football League Championship into account that gets offset by our relegation. The scores for me indicate 'Arry 1-1 McLaren. And I was under the impression it's the UEFA cup. And Twente did get through. I'm no fan of McClown, but I find it hillarious that for all the press 'Arry gets, he only has an equal record to the Wally with the Brolly.
  18. How good is this!? I cannot get past the 'up the stairs' level.
  19. Administration = League 1 football next year. AT MINIMUM. It must be avoided at all costs.
  20. Sorry, but that doesn't tie in with Keegan being in breach of contract. He signed up believing he could get whatever he wanted and felt that because he had the fans on his side he could push Newcastle's board around, he did the same in the early ninties and won. He believed he could do it again. He ****ed up big time. He let Ashley reappoint him, and yes, was probably FULLY aware of what his plans where, but then acted like a big baby when he couldn't change things to get his own way. I doubt he ever read his terms and conditions of employment through properly when he re-took the job, I would suspect he saw the chance for 'love' again and signed up without consideration. Keegan's 'honesty' was the ramblings of an overgrown infant who couldn't understand that the board wouldn't pander to the fan's messiahs wishes. Newcastle's fans feel betrayed by Ashley because they cannot see past their love of 'King Kev,' Ashley and the Club's board held firm, knowing they hadn't done anything wrong, Keegan's manipulation of the media far from being for the best interest of Newcastle has been entirely self serving, he only went back because he wanted be be loved and adored again by his 'public,' that someone else could be taking his thunder for anything achieved was something he couldn't cope with, his ego wouldn't let him. His own vanity has, essentially cost Newcastle a chairman who may not have been perfect, but had a plan of action to keep Newcastle stable and give them a chance to push on to a brighter future. Keegan has brought this board down and could well have destroyed Newcastle football club. Regarding asking for attacking football and some endeavour, isn't that what we all want as football fans?
  21. Absolutely. Makes me laugh that he tried to hold the Newcastle board to ransom over his dissmissal, believing he had the moral high ground due to 'breach of contract,' only for it to backfire completely in his face!!! He ended up owing Newcastle money from what I understand because HE breached contract by demanding control of all elements of the first team. Keegan threw his toys out of the pram and the over emotional Geordie faithful backed their 'messiah' all the way. Not for a second thinking that he may have been the creator of his own 'untenable situation.' The sooner Newcastle get relegated the better. Just like Spurs and Villa they need taking down a serious peg or two.
  22. If that is what they are complaining over they really need to get a grip. I've heard much, MUCH worse.
  23. So the wheels are about to fall of the portsmouth bandwagon.... Suspected as much! In all seriousness though, just go for a travellodge, you cannot go wrong at all with them. Formule 1 are ok, but deeply basic.
  24. Why bother with Hotels, surely you would just take your caravan?
  25. Wow, she purdy.
