Got to agree on the players, the last relegation they were very unlikable and was happy to see the back of most of them, feel much more positive about most of this side and can't really fault their efforts.

I think it's because Jones came into a poor performing team and made them even worse immediately, whereas Martin came in at a low point after relegation and took us up so starting from very different perspectives
