Football Special

11.59pm on 2nd July

There's still two days left for renewals, plenty will do it last minute

Yeah closer to when tickets start to go on sale , would expect by mid-July

That league one game at Christmas was a joke wasn't it. Couldn't see a thing due to fog and lost. According to this there is park and ride buses still. https://www.cu-fc.com/fans/getting-to-the-game/#train

I love a cup run but absolutely hate what they've done to this competition, teams in Europe join in round 3 and kept apart in the fixed draw to ensure as many 'big' teams as possible make last rounds

Its a clever move to have the first round as the "season opener" , usually this is the forgotten midweek game largely ignored by even fans of lower league clubs, I think this time clubs will play stronger line ups like they do in the final pre-season , crowds will be higher on a weekend. I've seen Skates asking if West Ham will give them up to 9000 like they do in fa cup allocations, hopefully they move to the Sunday on sky so we dont have to mingle with them around Waterloo and Liverpool Street

I've heard different stories on this, it was suggested to the clubs that allowing each other to have 2700 allocations could be supported if organised transport was used to concentrate police resources in one place

Unfortunately Bristol City away is FA Cup 4th round weekend so if either side makes it through this will get moved to midweek AGAIN for our GUARANTEED DEFEAT at ASHTON GATE

Yeah we're bound to have key players away in the build up to that

First 7 games we didn't win any of those corresponding fixtures last season?

Yeah but not so great for taking the nippers

Bit of a late kick off for a Saturday

Barca signed him as he'd been learning the language on Duo Lingo and likes Spanish food

That's Boxing for you mate

Its not that much more than a non-league season ticket, infact if you compare prices when we moved to St Mary's 25 years ago and now it seems better value now compared to other costs in my life.

Love to see it , brilliant for Southampton sport

DAZN pay per view im sure i read

Anyone can buy , just existing season ticket holders seats are reserved for a few weeks limiting the choice

Weird as well that the Skates are also playing pre season in Germany on the same weekend, couple of hundred miles away but might pass Westwood and his pals minibus on the autobahn

I'm hoping Wolves have changed away end for the Championship now they dont have to give 3000, absolutely hate that section with the executive boxes at the back , nightmare getting into Wolverhampton pubs as an away fan as well, in fact between them and West Ham usually two of worst away days in the Prem.

Money on Lincoln City v West Ham

Genuinely buzzing for that cup draw next week, weird quirk York City could be in the "Southern" section for 1st round (if they win preliminary round vs Crawley) , would be a great trip.

Logical approach now is for Middlesbrough to take legal action

I notice Birmingham City have a home friendly vs Barcelona, I'd like something similar please Dragan
