Football Special

Yeah doesn't look like the recent form has captured the imagination of the fan base just yet, always quite a few season ticket seats left empty for midweek games as well. Norwich not bringing many about 600 sold so far so that corner will look sparse. Perhaps everyone's saving themselves for Saturday where we get a more convenient 3pm kick off vs Oxford who have already sold out their 3,008 allocation. We're definitely going to need Edozie for some creativity, is the Norwich player who injured him two seasons ago still playing for them? No news on whether we'll see Scienza, Stewart, Wellington or Robinson this side of the international break? Would be good to have Mccarthy back as well just in case he's needed

Yeah they should be sponsored by Jet2 holidays as looks like they've been on the beach for a while

I think that is too simple to write it off as against poorer teams, they've beaten Coventry and Wrexham, this is a really hard game.

It will be a tough game, from what I've seen of Norwich recently they're very steady defensively, get the ball forward quickly when attacking on the break, won 9 of last 11. Big challenge , going to need to take our chances. Massive game

6 of last 9 at home should be a good thing as long as the home crowd steps up as well, need to really start getting behind the team. Away support has been good this week.

If we beat Norwich on Wednesday I'll really start to believe, talking of momentum they've won 9 of their last 11, hard game to call. There's been no news on Rod Stewart has there?

None of us know and that's the beauty of it, fact is as of now Hull and Wrexham are in the driving seats and we're chasing them Unfortunately Hull will beat Sheffield wednesday at home next week so we've got little room for error catching them soon

Coventry perhaps, but 2nd place is wide open, I think Ipswich will get it. 6 of our next 8 games are at home, need to make the most of that

Watford need to sort themselves out and battle to a win vs Wrexham , they play on Tuesday so we'll get to watch them first

Let's take a moment of reflection to think about those poor Coventry fans suffering this evening 😢

Its a mad division isn't it , can see Derby winning on Monday , there's a few in the race

Battering them now, great result for us!

Nice one, he's been excellent recently to be fair to Flynn , clearly enjoying playing again

Amazing win today, superb , proper away performance, Coventry obviously approached us very differently to WBA which worked for us, we struggle to break down teams who sit deep. Absolutely massive week ahead, two home games against teams that have already beaten us this season and will try to use those methods of sitting deep and hitting us on the break. Very different challenge. To be fair Norwich manager has done a brilliant job, must be promotion form since he got the job

Sorry to break this to you Sir, but check our record vs the top 6 , we also struggle , not beaten any of them except Wrexham first game of season

I'm sure everyone is aware Coventry are heavy favourites to win, pressure off them a bit now with such a lead, a draw would be impressive even if we can manage that

Going to be a re-run of this

The Blades are definitely not pushing for autos

Their manager change has made such a difference, won 5 of the last 6, looking at our run of fixtures reminds me of our last poor run of form, Coventry, Norwich, Oxford, we only got 1 point from reverse fixtures

Agree, despite recent form we've left ourselves with too much to do

Apparently West Ham are charging £15 adults £6 u18s for their quarter final vs Leeds, hopefully Saints take a similar sensible approach

BBC1 Saturday night prime time, millions of people will be tuning in to watch Michael Mcintyre and instead will have to make do with a Matsuki masterclass YELLOWS

Terrible kick off time, trains tricky enough , even have the possibility of extra time , very frustrating , loads of families will give it a miss now as well

Baggies are home to Hull on Saturday so let's hope they keep that going, I think Hull are a bit more streetwise than us when it comes to playing these sort of teams though

Got to wonder if he'll ever manage to cope with demands of playing regularly, 20 mins at Fulham, 45 at WBA, expect he'll be on the bench at Coventry
