Unchanged .... when was the last time that happened? Strong bench as well ... the mid field has so much fluidity especially with Chappers showing he is not just a terrier snapping away but fantastic at drifting into goal scoring positions, shame for Spiderman to be on the bench but what a player to bring on.

He's only gone to Sheff Utd so that he can pretend to be wearing the mighty Saints Red and White. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have put out any stories about snubbing Saints - jounalistic artistic licence just to make it a story. Good luck to him at Sheff Utd, at least he's going somewhere where he had happy times and the fans will hopefully give hima bit of time to get up to match fitness.

The only reason I'm glad that I'm going to be not at the game but posting away on here, means that I am not at work so can enjoy the delights of whispering Dave and drink London Pride or Old Speckled Hen - what more could one ask for on a match day, apart from actually being there? Not much planned, might try and get a pre match afternoon nap as I was on night's last night and haven't had much sleep today.

But when Whispering Dave says "let me describe it for the listeners" he paints a picture so clear that you feel like you are actually there, and when he says "what we don't want to do now" you are actually getting a snapshot of the future ... as that is more than likely what will happen next!!

From the clip above I couldn't make out what it was. I was back for the Watford game and we scored 4 times - did they play it then - or am I in the "going too bloody mental to notice brigade" and/or too p!ssed too notice - both are highly likely. Do they play it for away teams as well - a bit away teamist if they don't - I'm sure Brighton fans would have been complaining in their droves of they'd scored and we didn't play a bit of YMCA for them to dance to! Didn't need it back in the day .... if ... nah ... make that when the away team scored ... there would be about 10 seconds of stunned silence followed by "You're gonna get your feckin head kicked in" aimed at any pockets of away fans. Took ages for Beeb to figure it out and try and mute it on MOTD LOL
