Its OK, I have the master plan... Play the reserves up at Man City, where we will lose anyway, then have the entire first team squad fit and ready for the Wigan game at St Mary's the following week. Simple - even gives the fringe players and U21s chance of glory. Also - get 2 x CBs

Also back from the game. Plus points were Clyne, who played really well, Puncheon, Sharp and Fox. Stephens didn't look at all confident and made a few silly mistakes. Gazza looked good but didn't really have that much to do. It looked like we were working on the 5 in midfield stifling the opposition when we lost possession but supporting Sharp quickly on the forward breaks. We kept possession of the ball well for long periods. Steven Davis looked good for the short time he was on. Wolves were either poor or made to look poor. Not bad without SRL, Morgan and Corky.

I would like (not sure if I expect), an experienced CB - maybe premier league experience or African international, and a very big money, eye wateringly impressive RM "marquee" signing. Oh well, dream on, COYR
