  1. This is spot on a proper statement signing and like you say Dragan isn’t messing around. I’d do everything I could to temp THB into another year give him the captaincy do anything possible to keep him.
  2. I don’t actually sit in my bedroom it’s my garage! 🤣🤣 My dream isn’t to be some big media personality. My dream is to stay healthy, watch my kids grow up, and enjoy being a dad. I’ve got a job that pays the bills, and I’m incredibly fortunate that I also get the opportunity to talk about the football club I love. That, in itself, is a dream who wouldn’t enjoy it. As for Robbie AFTV, no, I don’t want to be him. But he’s built something hugely successful, is respected by many people in football media, and has made a living from his passion. Fair play to him for that. The odd sponsorship helps cover costs because creating content isn’t free, and I’m grateful to the companies that support what I do. As for your final comment, I think that probably says more about you than it does about me.
  3. I will always respect your opinion Nick, and I understand your views because Southampton Football Club means a lot to all of us, we all share that same love. Where I think we differ is that I don’t believe defending the club means pretending they’ve done nothing wrong because they did. I can love the club, support the club and still be honest when mistakes have been made. In fact, I think that’s part of being a fan. I’ve never gone out of my way to bash Saints I love the club too much and I certainly haven’t followed any rival narrative. What I’ve tried to do is give an honest and balanced view of the situation, whether people agree with it or not I will never please everyone it’s impossible but the response and the comments usually give me a good idea. As for being invited onto shows, the reason broadcasters come to me is because they know they’ll get a fair honest opinion rather than someone simply shouting the loudest and being a dick head. That doesn’t mean I care any less about Southampton than anyone else. I want what’s best for the club, just like you do. We may disagree on how to show that support, but my loyalty to Southampton has never changed and never will. Huge fan of Nick Illinsworth and I have massive respect for him.
  4. I’ve really enjoyed watching Taylor develop this season. I thought he got better and better as the campaign went on especially in the big games. What impressed me most was seeing him grow not just only as a player, but as a leader too. There was a real level of consistency to his performances too and that’s something you don’t see from every player. For me, he was my Player of the Season. I didn’t like the way Sky and others clipped up his celebrations. Was it silly? Yes. But footballers are emotional, and when you care that much about winning, sometimes emotions take over. I’d love to see him stay. He clearly loves being here, and I think it would take a lot for him to want to move on.
  5. Thank you. I appreciate that. I don’t want or ever have wanted to be the voice of the fans. I want the fans to have a voice on my channel that’s why I have started what I have. I love talking Saints it's a huge part of my life. I’m really fortunate to be invited onto a lot of shows, and I enjoy some of those opportunities as I want to talk about our club. I want fans to share their views and have those views seen by the club, and supporters all around the world. That’s one of the great things about YouTube it gives everyone the opportunity to share their opinions and be part of the conversation I have to say it's great if done right. It’s a platform that’s open to all, and I only see it continuing to be a positive place for fans to connect, discuss, and share their passion for Saints.
  6. That’s Not nice, and quite unfair to be honest have you met me? Know me? If I was really as clueless as you suggest, I doubt hundreds of thousands of people would be tuning in to watch, listen and engage with my content every month. The reality is I give fans a platform to have their say, share their opinions and discuss the club they care about. You don’t have to agree with everything I say football is all about opinions but I’ve built a brilliant community based on being balanced, honest and giving supporters a voice and people love it it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Disagree with my views by all means, that’s what football debate is all about. But questioning my knowledge or dismissing everything I do is a bit of a stretch. The overwhelming majority of messages I receive, both online and in person at games, are incredibly positive and supportive. The number of people who stop for a chat, thank me for what I do, or tell me they enjoy the content far outweighs the occasional negative comment like yours. Onwards and upwards! UTS
  7. One thing I’m absolutely not!
  8. It was mentioned to me around last September that next season would look very different and move away from the traditional style. Of course, things may have changed since then, but decisions like this are usually signed off 12 months in advance. That said, they still could have changed direction or explored different options. I’d also imagine the launch photoshoot was completed and wrapped up weeks ago now.
  9. Calling someone a weapon because you don’t agree with their opinion says more about you than it does me. I put my face to my views publicly every single day, while people like you throw insults. You don’t have to agree with me but don’t be nasty. You do not know me so don’t be so vile.
  10. I’m just a fan who goes on shows and gives opinions. I’m not there to be a credible source, I’m there to share my views like any other supporter.
  11. I was asked if he’s found guilty and knew about it, his job would come under massive scrutiny. Either way, if he is guilty, he’d likely end up being banned anyway.
