Of all the 'branded' fast food chains Ive always found KFC the least appealing, hygiene seems paramount to other chains but not to KFC. My last experience of them was in the Shirley one many years ago now, after ordering some combination meal the girl serving me takes the ticket out of the till, reads it, puts it on her bottom lip, pulls a box down puts the chicken and chips in the box, reads the ticket once more then puts the ticket into my box of food, mank mank mank ! I'll have my money back thankyou as your saliva was not what I ordered.

No it isn't, was brought over to this country in the 70's, I think Sperring from the old convenience store chain had something to do with the 1st Southampton one located above bar.

"The hate that hate created" gone on for centuries and for as long as people refuse to accept, amongst other things, different religions it sadly will continue

Although not an avid watcher of the Premier, this season seems to be one of the most interesting for some time, I doubt very much if it will ever go back to the days you mention but you only have to look at who is top of the competition winning table on another thread to see that a team has always dominated, in the league now you have Villa pushing forward, Man City, Birmingham and it pains me to say Tottenham, others now playing top flight football like Burnley, Stoke, Wolves, all there so by default do have a crack at it(although a very outside chance), its just that the three teams you mention are not there, so with us included in that list it seems so much more unfair.

And from our own experience, as attractive a proposition as we were, it was still a very difficult time, so there we were with a relatively new stadium, training ground, land ownership, property ownership, now what is it you will have that will generate interest ???
-
Didn't he just agree to halve it ?
-
I agree the money collected should be accounted for but I didn't donate to receive a thank you further down the line from the new owner, I remain thankful to them for coming in and reference has been made by them to how they regard us, you make a donation to a cause you feel worthy and not to be thanked at a later date, I simply expect my donation to go to good use which is not clear at the minute, in this instance

"Al Mirage"....Brilliant, I think the whole thing is too far up everyone's arses to collapse

We're marchin that is right, it aint always gonna be up at times we will falter but ultimately I believe we will gain promotion under AP, I only hope its more than once. In the interest of fairness it would have been good to be able to quote opinions of WGS's appointment then and now or other appointments for that matter.

Or negative, i.e overdraft, freezing the interest may save enough to pay their wage bill or indeed the HMRC instalment if relative to our quarterly charges
-
I think this a very good point and consider what is on offer down the road, we were always attractive in the long term due to the infrastructure which is partly down to Lowe as were other successes, its about being objective.

Our Government are far from 'taking them on' nor are any other govenrment for that matter, I wonder how our government respond to the threat of "a punch in the mouth" from Iran

The drug useage, and if you mean health authorities are valid questions, not sure of the relevance of immigration officers ?

I take on board both comments and thank you for the info re supreme court ruling, based on that, suprised executions remain so high over there !

Equally the same can be said of the judgements made by those within the legal system

Not in this country but certainly in others, your mistake may not involve drink, drugs or a mobile but could still get you charged with dangerous driving or the like that renders you culpable for the death/s, would you having a mental illness mitigate your mistake ?
-
You do know we are talking about Lowe not Santa Claus ?
-
Isn't that what many thousands are doing already ?
-
I would suggest the majority of violence on our streets is down to drugs, people walking around the town 'charged up', misreading situations(paronoia), believing they are more capable than what they really are, unreasonable etc.... now this could be said of some that drink but too much fighting and other nonsense takes place now due to the mix of both, it may simply be a sign of the times but the use on mass of 'the devils dandruff' is contributing greatly to the unsociable and dangerous behaviour of this generation. I think harsher penalties need to be put in place for users and suppliers only when the risk level increases will demand decrease, the penalty for Tax fraud in China is execution, do you think 'arry, Story and mandic would have tried it if they knew the ultimate penalty.
