  1. Its brilliant. The only possible downside is how, some people, use it. Its great for organising events, keeping in touch with friends. It will be interesting to see if anything will "Trump" it and if it ever becomes unpopular. Interesting article on the BBC today http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-25953225
  2. £1.75m ?!?!?! worth double that

Thanks - a great read. The Inter-Rail Trip blog was particularly amusing
  5. I remember in the 12/13 season vs Swansea. I was sat in the chapel and I think it was Jose/Shaw who lost the ball on the half way line and Dyer went onto score. The 2 blokes behind be started laying into Fox. "Get him off Fox is awful". "Thats why you don't have idiots like fox in the team". "We should have never have signed fox, didn't even bother tracking back". About 2 mins later fox came on as a substitute. Everyone in the area just turned around and looked at them both, they didn't say much after that! Lots of unfair stick given to him.
  6. Quite Sad to see him go to be honest. Yes he wasn't Premier League standard but he was a big character in the dressing room. Some great memories of him on the last day against Coventry on peoples shoulders. That tackle in the snow at Birmingham, that goal at Arsenal. He may have lacked in ability but he always gave 100% and played for the shirt. Good luck Foxy
  7. If it was just league/cup position I would swap at the drop of a hat.
  8. The walk from Putney over ground to the ground is only about 15 mins. Nice walk along Putney high Street, across the river and then through the park to CC. I live opposite Putney overground station so the closest game of the season for me! I'm not sure about over the river, but if you are looking for a place to drink on Putney High street try the spotted horse or the boat house

  11. My memory could be a bit hazy but weren't West ham quite good at World Net? Didn't they beat Man city (who we lost to!) ?

  13. Tickets seemingly available on here http://www.viagogo.co.uk/fulhamfc/Sports-Tickets/Football/Barclays-Premier-League/Fulham-FC-Tickets/E-552184 A bit more expensive but the neutral end has a few available

Thanks for all the advice! Been looking at flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Min on sky scanner. They are £15 which is madness. Although I want to stay flexible with traveling - so will have to compromise somewhere! I am stopping off in Abu Dhabi, only for 2 hours each way though. On a 777 to Abu then a Airbus A340 onwards. The tunnels are a must and I will be visiting them - I read somewhere that they have made them wider for tourists! I would love to go to Hanoi but have a feeling it maybe too north as it don't want the trip to feel rushed! Any thoughts on this considering I only have 3 weeks.? Cheers

Cheers Tokyo - I'm starting in Bangkok and then planning to head to Khao Sok national park and then to Koh Tao & Koh Phangan. Hopefully head to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia, then Ho Chi Min. Then get a flight back to Bangkok - I've heard they are very cheap and accessible when you get out there - is this the case?

    Thailand

Hi Everyone, Just looking for some recommendations. Off to Thailand for 3 weeks in August backpacking. Anyone ever been? I know I want to go Island hopping for a week or two. Any recommendations on what to do (or in some cases not do). How easy is it to visit Cambodia/Vietnam? Managed to get some cheap flights with Etihad – hopefully it doesn't prove to be the flight from hell. Cheers
