But hasn't it been mentioned somewhere within this thread that IF there were no football club left then the rule that says their dump of a ground can't be sold off for non sporting purposes would become meaningless. Thus the land could then be sold, with BC making a major deposit into his tesco bank account at his local fratton branch?
