Why exactly?? Anyway, here's my opinion of my experience on the official away coach. The seats were a bit uncomfortable and a bit small. Hardly luxurious and there was no TV entertainment. Also it didn't stop at any services which I fancied. That said, they were more concerned on getting there quickly giving us plenty of time to go to the pub etc. It depends what you're after but I quite liked getting there no long after 1pm considering we left at 10.30. I was chatting to some people who had been on the unofficial http://southamptonawaytravel.co.uk/ coach. They said it took forever to get there and back. That said in the Villa away coach area I had a peek inside one and they did look nicer than our official one.
