I get the idea that ITV consider Saints to be nothing more than cannon fodder for the brilliant, never better, superb Liverpool team who hardly need bother breaking sweat despite getting a freebie to the 3rd round and excused having to play any strong teams on this occasion.

Have now done so and looks marginal with Roerslev's head maybe playing him onside as he tumbles to the ground. What peeves me more is the lack of a challenge to the bloke crossing the ball who gets an age to pick his spot. Then the fact that a titch gets up above 2 defenders with ease for a header that Bazunu calmly plonks at the feet of a Hull player that's been completely lost by a ball-watching Stephens. Apart from that the defence played a blinder in that moment.

Haven't seen the "highlights" but it looked offside to me when watching live but nobody seemed to mention it and as usual Saints players just meekly accepted it. At least get in the ear of the lino.
