The sooner this god-awful season is over the better. I can only assume that Selles is of the same opinion.

Bournemouth dodgy to defending crosses into the box so Selles drops the one player who might benefit. The sooner this clown of a coach is out of the place the better.

Selles has obviously decided that crab football is what we want. Prepare for an evening of despair.

Three wins on the trot would certainly be out of character for Saints this season but even that would probably still see them in the bottom 3. If it ever happened I'd be delighted to feel very silly. Question is, when will the deluded optimists have their own moment of feeling very silly?

I wonder how many of those teams currently in 17th and above worry about whether Saints will overtake them. It'd be extraordinary for a team with Saints dismal record this season to add even 6 more points to their measly total in the remaining 6 games. Do yourself a favour and start to live with the certainty of relegation.

Ralph had a very poor 2022. What was it? Had Saints 90th out of 92? He'd run out of steam by the end of the last season. The big mistake was in not replacing him with someone competent back then.

If Spurs manage to get a bit narked and leave a few bruises on their opponents today then I'll not complain too much.

I'll make a judgement over the coming games. If he gets some wins in those "must win" games then maybe but I'd also want to see greater attacking urgency, not necessarily Arsenal style in the last 10 minutes of Friday, but much more chance creation. I'm not expecting him to be with Saints next season mind you.

A 2 goal lead surrendered twice in one game. Very Saints like.

One point would be a good result here if we'd taken 3 against Palace. As it is that now feels like a defeat.
