Selles is trying to play the game with players that he'd like to have rather than having to play the game with the players he actually has. I actually think Jones would have done a better job than this.

The players just seem to have no fight left in them and that has transferred to the crowd. Those up there in the posh seats ought to be getting some robust English words flung in their direction.
