It does seem like that at times, the moderators could do more in my opinion, they could shut down the 2 or 3 posters for a cooling off period when they become tedious (possibly driving more rational and less confident posters away), like you say, it’s 2 or 3 that spoil it by their relentless dick swinging and “dog with a bone” attitude. I would also like to see all politics, wokery and current non football, or tenuously related to football “political” issues shut down or moved to one of the other discussion forums. As for Turkish, I think he adds colour to the forum and is very funny at times. I don’t know him, but I guess we are similar ages which is why I probably get him, we come from a period where we didn’t take ourselves too seriously, we now have a fearful and paranoid social media/ x box generation moving in and dominating proceedings.
