Still feeling like the good old days right now 😢
-
You need to read some of the articles published today, Athletic, TalkSPORT and Telegraph for example. Apparantly has been awol for some time, Semmens running the show. The articles make very distressing reading. Total and utter chaos at our club.

Not to be a pedant, but females having balls and vice versa is a relatively modern phenomenon. It didn’t happen back then.

He needs to go, no room for sentiment, he has failed abysmally, as a coach and manager.

And they’ll still claim a 30k plus crowd

What about his England aspirations?

I think it will end up being Rasmus, once I have watched his Ted Talks, and read his books and put everything I've learned into practice, there is no doubt everything I have ever dreamed of will come true. I've already written myself a cheque for £1 million, to be cashed one year from today, and picked out my McClaren and Super Yacht.

Almost feels like the good old days in the light of Rambo W.Ankersson & The Semmens Stain

The old git in the white work coat at the Dell, who wouldn't let anyone into the car park, even to buy a ticket

They also recycled unsold home seats and repurposed them as away seats. Very innovative

My theory is little or no input, leading to him becoming despondent and ultimately ineffective.

I know, I feel bad for being so selfish, all I think about is the mens first team, I see now that is the lowest of priorities. I am going to pen an open letter of apology, in the Echo, to Marty and Rambo.

Is that why our players don't move around too much, trying to reduce the amount of Co2 exhaled?

When I woke up Tuesday, I felt very despondent and decided I didn't want to go Saturday, now, 3 days on, I still don't want to go. I'm struggling to see the point, what can be gained?

It doesn't matter what defensive wizardry we deploy, its been the same since mid way through last season, during Ralph's tenure. We play narrow, we have the slowest attacking build up I have ever seen, we slowly, slowly commit players forwards, lose the ball, gaping holes everywhere with full backs stranded up the field and midfielders all drawn into the middle, then.... bang bang concede.

Just watching the Milan champions league derby, it’s a brilliant atmosphere. Then it hit me, if AC Milan played DC United the atmosphere would be truly electric.

What a creepy looking chap he is.
-
Selles has rabies, all makes sense now.
-
Last night we went gung ho attack, hence the gaping holes in midfield. Gung ho would have been great if we put half of our chances away.

Can’t promise I won’t. I might get hay fever, never had it before, but I think the pollen count could be exceptional around 4.50 on Saturday

Southampton Football Club - What do "We" do well?
Toussaint replied to Toussaint's topic in The Saints
We excelled in softening the blow of relegation by planning our slow demise over a period months, or even years, in advance. None of those dastardly last day shocks. Well done sirs, hats of to you all!
