In answer to the OP, so yes, normal football would be a start, so would a normal manager and a normal bloke pulling the strings or better still having no involvement at all in football strategies and employing and trusting people who know what they are doing, not dictating the strategy and employing weak yes men to carry it out. Looking at you Rasmus because that’s where all roads lead in our meteoric decline.
