I must say that I do miss The Brothers show on The Saint. He did appear to put his Exeter allegiances aside quite well the other day don't you think?

Now that would be funny. Bill, sign him up. Seriously it would increase the circulation imho.

Upgraded just before christmas I think, they now have tabbed browsing. There is even a proper Google search box on the home page now too! Maybe they sigend a longer term agreement than they should have? Still no reason not to change to a freebie, albeit one that they should morally perhaps make a financila contribution towards. Obviously I am not talking about HCC here; I wonder if there are any multi billion pound businesses out there who employ IT people who might be a little out of touch with current systems but are happy to stay in-situ costing their company hunderds of thou in wasted time waiting for pages to load? I know one organisation (NOT HCC I stress) who block users from searching 'Images' as people might view naughty stuff, now even I could get around that one if I needed to; maybe for teaching someone how to make a simple greetings card for example.

As did I. As I have mentioned once before, and this is gospel, I worked in security and once touched matt's winkle whilst searching him. Not over-enthusiasm on my part I can assure you. Perfect gent that he is, I apologised and he just smiled. Any terrorists intending to travel through following that incident were welcome as I adjusted my search technique accordingly. colinjb, you must have met a few in the bar, no stories to tell?

Certainly not saying it was the club's fault but they print a voucher entitling fans to discount bus travel!. Maybe the club could look into this as I would assume that they pay some kind of levy when agreeing the deal for every game of the season. The one time of the season when mrs h came with me to town on matchday as she wanted to spend her gift vouchers. Only a couple of shops were open but when I offered to buy her a match ticket she said she'd rather walk all the way back home as she'd left her knitiing at home. I have long thought that the club should consider running their own football specials from outlying areas directly to the ground but I suppose that would be a step down the road to having our own radio station again. as far as I know Charlton still run a FREE coach service around towns in Kent nicking valuable income from Gillingham and some of the more popular non-league outfits.

Really? Saddam Hussein's boatrace is quite popular, maybe it's morose but one cannot argue that history sells: http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=saddam+hussein+money Not my cup of tea I should stress but even my all time hero John Lennon's killer sells, sales of A Catcher in The Rye ballooned after his dastardly deed. It's not nice but it's true. -
Why do you think that is stevo? I have my own opinion on the matter but they are quite cynical tbh.

but are not collectors of anything slightly amusing anyway? i'm not really into analising humour tbh verbs and fwiw i really do not have a problem with someone collecting nazi memorobila, analising that for a second I would lean towards those who have a problem with people who collect such items as having the real problem, same as those who have a big issue with the hunts, it surely cannot be that big a deal that one should get irate over it... to the point of insulting and assaulting people... surely? I say this as someone who once sabbed a hunt that i had unexpectedly came across whilst driving a lorry through Alresford. The irony/hypocrisy of my actions never dawned on me at the time but I was working for a company called...wait for it....FreshMeats Ltd (seriously, and to think I was quite proud of myself at the time). -
First tim ein a long time that I reckon it will easily be a HT/FT win. iirc they have only played at home once in their last 6, couplped with us being so comfortable after 6 homes, we're really getting into our stride now. I know it's a lazy prediction but hey ho. I'm going for 2-0 (mayve even 2-1) as I expect NA to rein them (us) in a wee bit to avoid complacency, he may throw a few spanners in the works to test their (our) resolve imo. Oh sod it.....5-0 (Rickie hat-trick).

Where O grew up the apples available were scrumped ones, not sure it's about values (right vs wrong) per se. As any good christian will tell us apples is the forbidden fruit anyway and when something is forbidden people are drawn to it, some to jsut see it others to have a taste it.
