Something to do with alcohol consumption perhaps?

Best advice I can offer is to tell him to go on moneysavingexpert.com tbh, a great site in a crisis.

Watch for the helicopter coverage of the M25 earlier, it's on the rolling news thing that they do on a no news day. We've always had funny weather in this country, we just rely on travel so much more yea on year. I am like a kid when it snows. talk about prepared, I had a blooin sledge with me 'just in case'. Can you see me waving for help?

He won't get a boiler engineer at the moment for love nor money. Where exactly does he live, if he's remote maybe someone should check on him.
-
I'd consider a house with no heating at the moment to be un-inhabitable though. I just spent a few hours sat in a car in Sevenoaks but at least I had heating. Tell your mate to call whoever ANY policy is with, he needs to call them. If no policy at all then the council. It's bloody freezing tonight and it's getting colder.

The missing piece perhaps. Wasn't Shankly a boot boy or suchlike. Yes, a genius who was primarily a football man. Well spotted. I agree btw.

Nah, that could never happen could it. Sorry for sarcsm not intended to offend.

It had to be valued as part of Markus's estate, nothing unusual about that but maybe those doing the valuing are of a similar mold to our Markus too, Nicola seems a decent sort so I wouldn't worrry personally if the club ever went that way.

Household/Buildings insurance? Or are boilers not covered?
-
So what you are telling us is, that you are lazy and only wash up when you run out of clean plates? Got a dishwasher?

that is because the number 9 is an amzing number, in fact it is a magical word too. People's eyes are dranw to the number 9. Does she get it from her Mum?

does he mention 19C or leftback in the new chapter?

Has he spoke to his landlord yet? Insurance wise, he may be entitled to claim for hotel expenses directly from the company, thy have teams working atm to deal with people's domestic heating claims. Not a 'fiddle' it is what we pay insurance for, comfort.

It may be a real threat but that news item sounds more like an ad for the company selling those little wallets. I'm telling you people, cash is king. At least **** Turpin had the decency to wear a mask.

I sent almost 20 hours of my weekend sat in a car looking at snow. We had to steal the grandkids chocoalte bar presents to stay alive. And as we had my nephew and new girlfriend I couldn't pee in a bottle and chuck it out of the window as I would have done had it been just mrs h and I. I was bursting by the time we got home. I was temted to write my name in the snow on the M25 but thought I might have rised arrest. Actually, I don't think I saw a copper all day come to think of it. How the hell can a county like kent be so badly prepared, it ALWAYS snows in Kent. None of your mamby pamby southampton snow neither, proper ****ing snow. Am I wrong? No, I don't think I am. I could have died out ther this wekend. It did occur to me that it was a stupid thing to do to go to kent, but when we left it was a lovely autumnal day. Then all hell let loose. On the plus side I did get the rare treat of shovelling TWO of Rook's burger puffs down my neck. Ahhhh Deal.

I have twelve inches but I don't use it as a rule. -
If it's a badge you want Badger, my old Saab 900 is going reallly well still. I would recomend one to anyone with a budget of under £2k, good ones always out there, they don't die, finito benito, they respond very well to being loved. Any Saab that suits actually, type saab into autotrader and then your budget and see what there is out ther, you've nowt to lose.

Definitely. Hopefully some of them might decide to go self-employed. They're bloody good mechanics from what I heard. Niche market those harleys now, plus them Buell's, they are everywhere and they are rode and owned by some well off old gits with a money burning a hole in their pockets. I have been taking it in JohnnyBognor. Cheers mate.

Does Re-discovering an album count? I re-discovered Sgt pepper's again this year. It was just before St Landrew buggered off. I miss the guy, I really do. Sgt Pepper's stayed in my car stereo for about two months, best album ever. That IS a fact.

Deppo, I consider you a friend. That is all. Oh yeah. I have a full version of Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 that you can have as a Christmas present from me to you; you are honoured, mrs h and my mum are the only two people who i ever buy presents for. Once installed it will automatically update itself which will bring it up to the exact same standard as the most recent version. Yes, you do have to train it to recognise it but I can give you a 1 hour demonstration of how to get started. The secret is simple; relax. I will help you to relax.... If it's for a friend or relative who needs to use it for communication (IT) purposes please let me know as that is the absolute core of what I do for a living, I am entry level IT man, seriously drop me a line if it's for someone who you think I could teach. It's absolutely determines whether I go to work every day, love teaching people how to get the most out of the internet. I can teach on their own or in the day centre, word of warning, the day centre is bloody noisy place to try to concentrate. feel the love this christmas hamster

took us five hours to get to Deal last night. I was starting to get worried when we heard that we'd just got through the M3 before they closed it then came up against stationary traffic on the M2. mrs h (bless) suggested we take an alternative route! Light dusting here atm but temp -7 and I have to get to Chatham later; what should one carry in one's car in these conditions? I have: a blanket tin of mint imperials one last packet of Hula-Hoops mrs h by some twist of fate I also still have 2 toboggans in the boot

my fourpenneth. HD's had a resurgence a couple of years back due to the thatcher children reaping their rewards and waking up one morning to the euphoria of a miid life crisis paired with a few extra quid at their disposal; no kids to fork out for too helps. It's a shame imho that people will lose jobs, not just at DG20 but worldwide I am assuming, if you have one now look after it, it may ironically end up paying for your pension annuity. Those knocking them are just jealous that they didn't have the foresight to listen to Busby. Love the look of Harley's but I would be constantly worried that I would one day have to plead with a group of spotty teenagers to help lift it off of me.
