  1. Must be like having the sword of damacles (sp) hanging over your head............I suppose that's preferable to a broken bottle though... tic
  2. Depends on your personal values.
  3. Tell me about it mate. \/ http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?28254-A-few-spots-and-pee-ing-blood-medical-advice SWF saves lives, fact.

  5. New french cafe round the corner from us, went their for a fry up this morning. Went for the mega breakfast. When it turns up I was impressed; 3 sausages, 3 bits of toast, 4 rashers of bacon, great big portion of baked beans and 1 egg. 1 egg! I thought. "garcon" I shouts "how about another egg mate, I loves me fried eggs to dip me toast in. merci boucoup" "non monsieur, 1 egg is un ouef" he says and walks away with a shrug, typical french person.
  6. What's better than Publisher (lol) please?
  7. Ah, but was the glass broken prior to contact with the victim's [sic] face, or did it break on impact? Important detail I'd say. With a courtroom full of so-called experts why is it that the final decision gets made by Joe Public, legal experts simply cannot know as much as they profess to know, it simply does not make sense to me.
  8. Anyone remember the names of the 'Two Russian Subs in Southampton' fame?
  9. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=beats+international&l=1 Coincidentally featuring another Fatboy Slim. It was a joke, albeit a lame one, a joke all the same. No offence diggs.
  10. May I refer the honourable gentleman to exhibit A (post number 2). Sorry, wrong thread.
  11. You jest, wouldn't discount anything tbh.
  12. Can't argue with you on that front, I have a very cute bum.
  13. Have you seen the March fixtures? That's gonna test our mettle. 14. Cheers spyman. Am I right in thinking that there is a D-Day plaque down there somewhere too? What's the significance of that?
  15. Ref my post above, something REALLY spooky just happened. If you know who Private Widdle is/was, then how come Phil Jupitus has his picture emblazoned across his chest on Buzzcocks tonight? Private Widdle was a character played by Charles Awtrey, the legendary Carry On actor who lived (and died) in Deal. WTF is going on, is it the sign that I've been expecting perhaps?????
  16. Absolutely nought wrong with 'folkey' music when played well. There's a group from Deal in Kent called Cocos Lovers, they are exceptionally good, some may have spotted them at Glastonbury. You can find some of their stuff on the internet but it really does not do them justice. We saw them busking at the Deal Maritime and Folk Festival last month and they caused a pedestrian traffic jam. If anyone is ever down that way and see's flyers for The Private Widdle Club at The Astor Theatre, they often support the main acts, give them a try.
  17. If anyone gets the chance to see Morphic Fields, do so. Phil the drummer is destined for greater things imho, akin to Animal.
  18. Lyons
  19. Compared to the triassic version of MS that Hants County Council uses OO is the nuts mutts.
  20. Convenience stores do tend to be convenient, no offence ecuk. Milk delivered to your door will save you a lot of time and money. We started ours a few months back from www.milkandmore.co.uk saves dashes to the local shop or detours on the way home from work plus you don't get brainwashed into buying those 'essentials' that you didn't know that you didn't need. Love pottering around the centre aisle of LIDL and ALDI stores, some cool little gadgets occasionally, although I tend to resist actually buying them. Poundland and 99p store are amazing value, do not know how they do it, I really don't. Burgess Road for ALL take-aways. ASDA for the BIG shop. Persoanlly prefer Tesco (Millbrook) for the points and the tremendous feeling of superiority that it gives one when surrounded by mums in pyjamas. ASDA for petrol too, always the cheapest for miles, if I ever run low I will chuck a tenner in just to get me home then ASDA the next day.
  21. I use 'pub' almost daily, easy peasy for posters and greetings cards.
  22. Beatts? International?
  23. Agreed, it's more than 2 years since the Forum match that I starred in.
  24. What was at Ocean Village prior to development?
  25. European football! Blinkin' 'eck Tucker, Nicola eat your heart out.
