I have a lot of friends in SGH catering and over the last couple of years morale has nosedived. Compass, the new people running it and who they were all TUPE'd over to, make money on what goes in the bins. An absolutely ridiculous situation, they should be penalised for it.Was that in the multi million £ contract winning business plan?

Museum of Sex on 5th Avenue is interesting to say the least. My fave moment was Strawberry Fields and seeing Sean Lennon coming out of the Dakota. Empire State is a must do, most iconic place of the whole city imho. Fave building to snap for me was the Flat Iron. You will meet some of the friendliest people too, which we really did not expect. Watch out crossing the roads.

If we assume he'd cost circa £1m then that's a decent saving to add to his salary, maybe a 1 year deal would balance the books with the benefit of relative low risk as we could let him go. He'd have a lot to prove in that time though.
