SCORED 28 points, Stableford, a.d won ntp on the 18th at Ampfieldd on Wednesday. Love at first sight. Promise my@elf to play properly one day. Found a lovely putter the other day that's got me 2 putting most greens now, 10 yr old Wilson.
  5. M1 to the left of me, Watling Street to the right. Here I am, stuck in the middl with. (Out) you. Them 99p bbq's from the 99p shop are the nuts f'sure
  6. BBQ alight, sausages assizzling, bass agluggin. Satelite a sateliting, sun setting. Dog annoying.
  7. I treat my time aboard as sex respite. hth
  8. From experience boats do funny things.to women's libido. Thanks for the PM delldays, but no, I do not top and tail, you'd have your own bunk in the guest cabin. Note to self: fix lock on master cabin door.
  9. /\ Lol... 19 locks FOUR crew. Not bad by gongoozler standards, but next time crack the whip a bit more. ;-) I will manage the seven by myself if I have to as there's a great stopping off establishment (pub) at the top. They are known as the Buckby Flight which is where we get the name of Buckby Can. BTW, kids welcome if their owner accepts full responsibility for them. Just to clarify, a week on a comparable nb at this tome of year would cost you between £1,200 +, making this opportunity a real steal. Thanks for the PM btw Mrs ntt, but no, Mrs.h will not be coming, just me on my lonesome. Mrs h joins me at Banbury on Tuesday.
  10. BUMP Also available for Sunday, but that will involve working 7 locks....not for wimps.
  11. Damned predictive text ..... No single females.
  12. Unfortunately my Dad'a poorly so had to cancel. I will be moving the boat on my own from Gayton, near Nirthampton (just off the A43) to Weeding which is about a 15 mile 5 hour journey. I can manage single handed but it would be handy to have a first mate to take the tiller when I need a per or cuppa. Otherwise ill have to keep moorings up. Anyone fancy a free trip on the beautiful stretch of the Grand Union please let me know. You will need to drive there and get a cab back to your car and if you don't get cabin or hamster fever there's a spare bunk or two available. No single relapse, sorry but will consider a couple. Free food and beer/wine plus I will teach you all you need to know to handle the 63 foot beast. All mod cons. ASAP if you can, depart gayton 13:00 ish. Ta muchly. No stag or hen parties.
  13. Serious question Jamie. How come you get to spend so much time on the forum when that appears to be such an away from home job? And do you still enjoy it?
  14. I am reliably informed that Nottingham's gay scene is excellent. Wherever you end up, I hope you enjoy watching Haye get beaten around the ring.
  15. More people claiming benefits and tax credits is false economy and is merely robbing Peter to pay Paul. I'm well aware of how a local economy/community can have its heart torn apart by similar policies that affected my home town's loss of coal mines and the relocation of 5he Royal Marines School of Music a few years back. It's not how a civilsed society should function. It has taken ages for the scars to heal but I shall neither forgive nor forget. Politics aside you can't get more 'working class' than your bin man and for people to denegrate them in this way is, in my non humble opinion, shocking and distasteful.

  17. One thread highlighting the struggling fortunes of LOCAL independant traders and this one (in the main) supporting a cut in wages for those supporting their LOCAL economy! Take away the political catfighting and surely people can see the loophole with these proposals taking into consideration that they are supposed to bolster the economy?
