I feel sorry for the Wrexham fans who know nothing about about and just assume that as he is coming from the Championship and with Prem experience, that he wills core hat fulls of goals.
-
Good stuff - Chuffed for him. He has a big season ahead of him (He might have benefited from another season in the Championship) and this won't do him any harm at all. Now we just need to find out which of the otehr players we might be intrested in and get Jack to tap them up.

Well according the player he has actually signed and starts in two weeks time. I'm sure they told him all about the transfer embargo, liquidation and wage defferals.

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7859045/ I'm sure that the FL will be delighted to hear that yet again pompey continue to ignore all the rules, embargos etc.

I always laugh when people get huge burgers and chips etc and then ask for a diet coke.

So another week ticked off the calendar and just the six left until the start of the season. Mokena was going to leave, but Trev was amazed when he asked for his money, so he's going to stay for a while. No one seems to want poor old TBH, so he's going to stick around, just for a laugh. Infact it seems no one is phoning old trev, to buy his players, which could be a bit of a problem. But there's no need to panic, the trust are just waiting for the right time to turn their headline proposal into a formal bid and then settle the outstanding wages, pay off chinny and buy the rest of the ground from gaydamak and once all that's done, they can focus on the CVA, ground renovations, purchase a training ground and put together a table topping squad. It's going to be a busy month. Rallyboy will need full member status, just to keep up,

I was listening to an article where private individuals in the US are taking legal action against the banks, which if one person won, would spell the end for Barclays. No idea how true that is or not

Thankfully it sounds like you don't have kids. Both of mine used to save their money to buy the new shirt and TO THEM it was significant to buy it on the first day it came out. There are obvioulsy some adults that feel the same as well. Means nothing to me and I don't understand the atrraction, but you are out of order and I would have enjoyed myself, if the clock was wound back to when I would have been in that queue and some jumped up nobody walked past and called them "mongs". But i guess you would have just kept that to yourself, until you could rush back and type it on a football forum.

Where the fook do you get off calling other Saints fans mongs? As others have pointed out, I doubt if you would have the balls to say that to their faces.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/disability-sport/18663231 World record 10.85 secs for a bloke with one leg!!! Incredible
-
Why would Saints fans label other Saints fans "mongs"? Just don't get it. I wouldn't buy or wear a replica kit, but I certainly wouldn't have dig at those that do (And putting money into the club at the same time).

Who Is The Worst Company you Have Had The Misfortune To Have To Deal With

The skates are claiming in the news that TBH has been on sky sports offering to slash his salary by 30k a week and his only interest is to save the club

Worthy of "Nutjob" tm2012

http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/appleton-won-t-dismiss-loan-return-for-west-brom-duo-1-3995334 Appleton targets another two Premiership players I think it has stopped being funny now

Nothing really to back it up, but I get the feeling that in addition to our Premiership windfall, clubs are now realising we have some decent money to spend and the price goes up when Saints call. Nothing gets leaked from our end, so it must be frustrating for Cortese and Co. but whilst it is just paper talk, six million for Butland will send a message to all clubs to hike the price up when Saints come calling.

It's not quite as simple as that. The most important question is whether the players are covered financially by the PFA. The PFA made a statement that it would cost them 26 million if pompey were liquidated - which would imply they are. Additionally if they were liquidated, I think it is fair to assume that the outstanding PP would go to the football creditors (Whilst they are two separte bodies, it would be in the PL interests to help the PFA and visa versa) If that is true - They are fooked, If it isn't then they will need to do a deal with either The Trust or Chanrai, but as the outcome of who will get the club isn't known, they can only deal with Birch (Both are likely to have different thresholds of what hthey can or will pay). Only the players know if they chose to compromise their payoffs based on who the money goes too (1) A Chinese business man reclaiming his debt (2) The fans trust to help run the club. But they will see the parachute money as their gurantee of getting paid. They won't mind waiting a couple of months (Most of them have ben waiting for over 2 years for some of it) So knowing it is coming in, they have to decide whethere they are going to give it to someone else or take it for themselves. I suspect that the trusts bid has the players taking a huge reduction on all previously (Including admin1) deffered payments and a complete haircut on the outstanding value of the contracts. That would leave them some money to buy out Chinny (Again at a huge reduction) and then run the club. My guess is this is why the details of the bid havent been released. Chinny just needs them gone at the lowest possible amount to leave him running the club on a shoestring (Ticket and Tv money) and leaving anything leftover from the PP's to go towards his debt. Once the PP's finish, the club goes back up for sale.

A new club willl form but not for this coming season..... All league and non league deadlines for registration have passed and by the date that they will have any answers, it just simply wouldn't be possible.
