AB InBev And their most famous brand...... Is red and white

I'm not sure he got much wrong at all to be honest. I would imagine, he got a pretty decent scorecard from the observer.

1) Did the pst take up a loan from the council 2) If yes how much was that loan for and when is it repayable 3) If Yes, who personally guaranteed the loan? 4) Did the pst take an additional loan from Stuart Robinson? 5) If yes how much? 6) How much equity did the HNW's get in exchange for the money provided during administration? 7) How much are the confirmed payments of the outstanding parachute payments? If all funding is in place and the Parachute payments finish this year, why have the football creditors been pushed pack 2 - 3 years? 9) Over and above the football players compromise debt, what other football debts are there? 10) Birch announced that Gaydamak was owed 2.2 million that would be paid equal installments out of the last 4 parachute payments - Two of those have been paid - Does that mean that he is still owed 1.1 million? 11) How much was the total administrator fees from PKF and when is that being paid? 12) How much were the legal fees (Prior to the court case) as stated they were engaged from the beginning? 13) How much were the legal fees for PKF relating to the court case? 14) How much were Portpins legal fees, that we understand the pst will be paying? 15) What were the add ons , over and above the 3 million that was part of the negotiated deal? 16) What happened to the 2m floating charge? 17) Does Portpin have any outstanding charge on any asset? 18) Was there any overage concession as part of the deal - As in does portpin get a % of any profit realized by development? 20) How much was Kanu awarded at the tribunal? 21) Assuming everything goes to plan with the development work - How much would the club see in terms of hard cash? 22) what is the total amount of financial commitments that the club have taken on? 23) What is the total amount of income projected over the same period that the debts are spread over?

http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?44492-8-Years-Ago-Today-amp-We-Own-The-Song Do you think they are telling porkies when they say they have been laughing at us for 8 years......................

http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=495174 Apologies for linking to a skate sight, but..... I think you had to be there that day to really understand the pain. As for the song, it was a long time before I could even listen to it, if it ever came on the radio. As for when we started singing it, I wasn't convinced for a long time. However, their demise, coupled with our success - with a league shift of over 100 places and the remake sung at least once at every game..... 8 years on the demons have been put to bed and the song is Ours. Sh la la la la la la indeed.

The club didn't need an 8'000 crowd, ten pound a time fund raising match, that was poorly organized and hadn't even been sanctioned by the FA at that point. It needed full paying fans through the door on match days. They asked and we came with mid twenty thousand gates when the club was at rock bottom, relegated and looking to start in league one minus ten. Incredible really especially when you compare it to the "Park the park" flops you lot have failed so miserably over. It might also be worth pointing out that fans raised over 800k in a matter of weeks (Slightly skewed by one significant donation) to save the club. Which is more than ten times what any fund raising match would have made.....And this was none with nothing in return, no share, or fan ownership nonsense - It was just raised. How long has it taken you lot to raise 1.4 million?????????????????????????? When your club needed you - You lot let them down, the empty seats were very telling.
-
Less than that because the presidents have additional equity from the loans they provided during admin
-
For anyone that was worried, these guys would actually come in a do something or get them up the leagues.................Don't be.
-
The HNW figure is the initial figure they contributed and (I think) doesn't include the additional money the subsidized during the administration which is being converted into equity.

I am not sure if it is down to Birch, although, I think they have to prepare a formal sign off document, which may or may not include the details. This one sits with pst transparency department - The ones that were going to upload the details of the deal last week. Whatever comes out, the deal is done, but I am convinced there is a reason why they haven't followed through on their own pledge.......I keep having this nagging thought over the 2 million floating charge.......... Which was over and above the fixed charge on fratton park.

Twitter is going mad with people moaning. Interesting to see the demand, for what should be a meaningless match. Is this all in aid of a pitch invasion? Last two years have been completely justified, but not sure this year is. Probably sound like an old kill joy and know my daughter and nephews will join in and enjoy it, but not for me this year.

What is the 0271 number

Graham Roberts is in there. I knew he was from Southampton, never knew he ever played for us.

I've laboured over the ultimate capacity issue, but we also have to work to maximising the budgets we have now. The 28,000 is a minimum benchmark and is one previous schemes worked to for transportation and other planning requirements. Other thoughts include doing something the club should have been doing years ago and that is buying up the houses behind the Milton End and South Stand as and when they come on the market. These can then be rented out in the medium term, but could ultimately be cleared for larger development if needed. The likelihood of us selling out 28,000 every week would probably mean we were back in the Prem and if so the money would then be there to implement such bolder proposals Doh...... That's another few million gone on buying the houses. It's easy this club ownership lark

Thiery Henry signs for Pompey FC !! Report Message | Email Message To A Friend | Reply To Message OH, how I'd love to read that headline in the summer! He did say he loved us and he was totally taken in by the fans at FP. ..... and if there ever the time to get him, its now

The funny think is he is getting stick on that thread for limiting it to 28,000 capacity..... They think it should be higher as they are so massive..... seriously.

This is from of their guys on fans online. Not sure what role he has within the pst, but seems close to the action. Its a good job their deal with the property developer will net them 50 odd million, as I think they have already earmarked it for a new stadium. I was going to post that it is time to lock this thread, but after reading stuff like this I am not so sure. ------------------------------------------ I don't want to go into too much detail as things are still at an early stage so could change, but I've been working on plans for the last few weeks for the PST. My brief has been to look at how we can invest the money we'd get from the property deal to improve Fratton Park and create much needed corporate facilities and increase capacity. The north stand has been identified as a potential area of the ground to do this and I've set about looking at proposals which would give us an ultimate ground capacity of c28,000. Shifting the pitch is an idea I've suggested before, but given the budgets we are working to and the fact that phases of rebuilding the ground could be set out over a number of years, the key is to not implement developments which leave the ground disjointed in the interim years which could have a negative impact on the atmosphere (think Molineux in the 1980's for example). The trick will be to maximise the capacity and phase the rebuild so each new phase adds to the ground, taking nothing away whilst we do it. I've looked at replacing the north upper with a new larger stand with corporate boxes and lounges at mid level. The north lower can either stay in-situ until a later date or it could all be done in one go. Other phases would see the FE increased at the back (all still one tier as I know having a 'kop' is seen as a vital part of a rebuild) with a new roof, and also a corner stand linking the FE and North. Eventually the Milton End could be cleared and a new stand of similar scale replace it with modern facilities underneath where currently is earth banking. The south stand is efficient for its footprint capacity wise, so would either get a revamp or rebuild to similar scale in time. As I say, all early ideas at the moment, but the intention is there to give us a Fratton Park that meets modern requirements but retains the look and feel of the old ground so we don't get anything soulless or boring

What a bizarre thread. I'll come back to it once I've seen Fergie, Moyes and Wenger, laughing and cracking jokes after their post match interviews
