Ok he loses any transfer fees, but at the end of the month he could be left with the stadium, a club with little or no wages to pay and possibly some parachute payments to come ! This then leaves him in control of the situation, giving him time to find some other dodgy dealer to take over, or just get Andy to do the liquidation in his favour ! I wouldn't put it past him !!

I do not know the exact origin, but suppose that it is a play on words incorporating 'few' as in not many and 'phew' as in smelly ! Whatever, it seems to apply to them and is quite appropriate ! My guess is that they believe they will reap in more on selling players in the next few weeks than they will pay out on costs ! Either I am much brainier than I thought or some of you lot are fecking useless :)

I have to agree with all that you say Adrian, there really are some serious flaws in our admin/liquidation/bankruptcy laws and it is quite sickening to witness ! On the plus side, the return of Chinny and his sidekick AA will afford us all many more reasons to gloat over the ongoing shenanigans at the circus down the road ! You really couldn't make it up, but never mind, there is always a siver lining !!
