Exactly. Not only Chamberlain, but we have Ward-Prowse, Reeves, Hoskins and Jake Sinclair all to come through in the next few years. All have had absolutely outstanding reviews.

Good idea. So we get to the Prem, THEN introduce this system and probably get relegated while the whole club adjusts. I'd rather have 2 years of upheaval and then continued success.

They played well in those games. V Swindon and Rochdale, they were awful.
